When I got done paying, she put my item in a bag that was barely large enough to hold the item without ripping. Then she said, "here's that for you." No, she did not say thank you, or have a nice day or any other acceptable phrase that would indicate to YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT ULTA APPRECIATES THEIR BUSINESS. She said "here's that for you" motioning to the item that I just paid my hard earned $$ for! I understand that it may be hard to find good help, but trust me on this Ulta, I've been working in business for 40 years and IT'S MUCH HARDER TO FIND GOOD CUSTOMERS! There are a lot of other options available. After being a "Platinum Member" for years, given my continued disappointments at Ulta Davenport, I have decided to switch all my future purchases to Sephora.
