I've been trying to g hard not to buy off Amazon so this place was a great replacement! They have a lot of things I wanted from Amazon, in store. They also have TONS of gel polish options and GelX supplies. The owners sister was the only one working the day I went in and she was so helpful. I was kinda shy and didn't know what to ask for, or what specifically I needed but she came thru with suggestions and recommendations. I've been back a couple times since. Love this place! read more

Unfortunately I always go in there knowing exactly what I need as I, like many, do their own hair and sometimes must resort to let's say...A wella toner than may or may not work. I appreciate the gals asking me and straight up telling me "this is probably the only product we have to help you achieve In my recent nail supply center adventure, the employees were like nail art maestros, turning my ordinary manicure into a masterpiece. I half-expected them to break into a nail-themed rendition of Beethoven's Symphony No. 9. It was a symphony of colors and creativity. And let's talk about their nail polish selection - it's so extensive that I felt like I was in a gallery of modern art. If they start selling brushes and canvases, I won't be surprised. The only thing missing was an art critic praising the avant-garde nature of my chosen nail design. Now, about Sally's - I mean, no shade (well, maybe a little), but this nail supply center could put Sally's out of business faster than you can say "Impressionism." Sally who? It's like comparing a regular canvas to a masterpiece - no competition. In conclusion, this place deserves a standing ovation, or at least a nail art brush tip. If you want your nails to be a work of art, ditch the ordinary and brush up on your creativity at this nail haven. Bravo to beautiful nails! The two women working the day I went were amazing. I didn't see anything online about it being curbside pick-up only. So, when I got to the place and it looked closed, I called. The woman was incredibly sweet and let me in to buy my hair dye. She was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that they let me in, and how kind they were about it. Love this place for all my beauty needs! They carry all my favorite brands like OPI and Morphe Brushes. On my first visit here on the opening day, I got a bunch of goodies like brushes, nail polishes, and eyeshadows. And the best part is definitely the UNBEATABLE PRICES! You have got to go to this store if you're looking for anything beauty related from hair products to makeup needs and so much more. They even have brand-name candles and soaps! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a gift for your girlfriends or a treat for yourself. Will be back soon! read more

Hidden little gem right off Victory Blvd in Burbank before the 134 freeway. They have the best selection of nail polish colors and brands and also have the gel colors with the matching nail lacquer for the toes, which is my favorite. I always have to have my fingers and toes matching. The prices are great too! It's never really busy when I go close to closing time at 4 PM. They staff there is not only super friendly but very knowledgeable in the products they sell and helping you find the right brand to fit your needs.LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! read more

This store is absolutely amazing! They have a ton of different products wether it's for hair, skin, or nails. One Word .... Amazing customer service. Eva was unbelievably accommodating, patient and kind. I had been looking for CND Vinylux gel polish. Usually have to order online or from Cosmo Prof. The selection she had was unbelievable. If it was not on display, she had no problem checking the inventory and providing many options and suggestions. They stock many different and unique products. The personal attention was unbelievable. So impressed with the selection of the supplies they carry (from Leyla Milani to Morphe Brushes, to man's and kid's products and lots of skin and nail products). Their service was excellent and staff was very knowledgeable. I am also looking forward for the blow-dry stations they were putting together as I visited the store. Just "discovered" this gem of a beauty store. They carry a ton of hard to find makeup brands including Morphe brushes and Cailyn Cosmetics. I've already spent a small fortune on Cailyn liquid to matte lipsticks. The owners are always there and super nice and helpful. Went in because I wanted some more Morphe brushes and unfortunately (and fortunately) was not able to have time to wait in a line at the Morphe store, I am so very glad I chose to stop here. Eva is amazing , friendly, helpful and professional without being overbearing. This store may not be huge but still has so many amazing products for cosmetics, hair and nails. If you need info on a product, ask Eva. She won't have you buy a product when she thinks another may work better for you. (Whether she stocks that product or not). In my book that defines GREAT customer service and care. Although i don't live near here, whenever i get to the area i am going to have this shop first on my list to visit. This is a small business that is deserving of five stars and more. With support this store, even if they are small right now, will get bigger and I for one like to see great small business owners who practice the ever elusive art of amazing customer service rewarded. !! Nine months ago, I had an excellent review. Today is a different story. Last Friday I bought my…read morehair color that I've been purchasing from them 7-00and 8-00. The next morning I colored my hair for an event and when I opened the box for 7-00, it was half a tube of 6-00.Easy mistake. They have a hair salon next-door could've happened. I can see how it can happen. Not a big deal. What is a big deal is how Michelle, the buyer/manager treated me. When I first called her up, I asked to speak to the manager and she said the manager was not in and that she's the buyer she could help me. I told her the story, she said, you cannot return used hair color. I said, it's not a color I used. It's an incorrect color in the tube that I purchased. She said bring it in. I'll match the number with my inventory number and if it's there, I'll take care of you. I was a little frustrated and annoyed at that but I'm like OK. I couldn't go in until Tuesday. And she was not in. The person behind the counter (very nice ) took a picture of the product and my receipt and said she was sending the picture right then and a message. So I left. ***note*** it was at this time that I asked the person behind the counter if Michelle, was the buyer and the manager, and she said yes. *** I come back the next day, Thursday. So I call before heading in. Once again, I asked to speak to the manager and she wants to know who's calling. So, I asked to speak to the buyer, and she's ready to talk. Then, I tell her I'm the one who her associate sent the hair color box and my receipt. And it's frustrating because she acts like she has zero idea what this is about but then immediately says it did not match my inventory number. So that upset me. And I tell her, " that's not true" and she says well you only bought 800. And I said no, if you look at my receipt, it shows I bought two colors!! Now,I'm very frustrated because the finger is being pointed at me and I'm the customer!! I have been calling now three times to resolve this issue. And in her tone, she says how she's not trying to give me a hard time, and I said it seems like you are. And then she says come into the store. We're open from whatever to whatever and hangs up. I get to the store and she is there. I say are you Michelle the buyer, and she says yes. I said I'm the one who's trying to return the color. And she acts like she has no idea, again, about what I'm talking about. So, one more time I have to tell her the entire story. And she knows it. I know she knows. She's not dumb. She is the manager and the buyer. She's capable. She's just playing some kind of terrible game with a customer who's trying to resolve a $13 issue. And that is how I feel. And this is why I won't be returning to the store again and why I had her remove my points that I had and the ability to earn points. I deleted the app. I will never go to the store again because of her, Michelle, the manager, that she does not want to admit that she is. And the buyer She could not have been more rude to me if she tried! Her whole tone, her demeanor, her handling of the products, her body language, her look at me. It was just not a good thing to happen for a $13 product. Of which I had the box and the receipt for. And I brought in the other box that I purchased. And before I left, I raised my voice and I said you are so rude. You're not a nice person and she said I'm sorry, I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry she kept saying that. I'm like you're not sorry, you could've handled this differently. You're rude. Your customer service is terrible. the whole time she kept saying, I'm sorry. And I left. As I was walking out, she yells FORGIVE AND FORGET. And I replied, I will forgive, but I'm never gonna forget. And sadly, I won't. And I liked the store. They had great product. There is another lady that was there, that was always very nice. But if a little mistake happens, their buyer/ manager is not the person to resolve that issue. She is horrible. I cannot say that enough.

Where every step of the way they are looking for any opportunity to run up the bill, be it by recommending tests or procedures that may not be necessary, over-charging, not being transparent about charges, mis-charging or mis-categorizing procedures so as to charge higher rates, to name a few. This is not honest or trustworthy business that will leave you feeling cared for. You are nothing more than a resource to be milked for every penny they can get out of you. Before I get into it, we have bought from here before so it's not like our intention isn't to purchase. Our most recent experience (Jan 21st, 3:30pm) we walked into an empty store and figured employee went on a restroom break. So we took the liberty of sampling some products and when she returned, she greeted us and was about a foot away from us and didn't allow us the privacy of trying any fragrances. After we tried our last fragrance, she grabbed the bottle from the counter and let us know we've sampled plenty of fragrances now, and put the bottle back on the shelf. I just said okay thank you, and left the store. Incredibly unwelcoming, she made it very clear that she did not want us sampling any other scents and that we were no longer wanted in the store. Save yourself the trouble.
