This was one of the most humiliating shopping experiences I've ever had. The store agreed to hold items for me so I could come back and pay with debit card or cash. But when I returned, even while there were still customers inside, they shut the door as soon as they saw me and refused to even listen. I even left my phone number with a message. The manager later admitted he received it but chose not to call me back, showing how little they care about their customers. On my next visit, when I politely explained my experience, the manager smirked and said, "We will not sell to you at all." A staff member also mocked my accent. When I said I might sue, the manager laughed and said, "ok, sue me." This behavior was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and discriminatory.
