I have been getting my extensions at the salon by Vahe for a year now. I love long hair but I was always hesitant to try extensions due to damage. I couldn't be happier. My hair actually has become healthier, fuller, and longer. I get my Brazilian, color, highlights, and extensions done. Love the atmosphere of the salon and the quality of work. I highly recommend for anyone. They also have two makeup artists, an esthetician, eyelash extensions, and technicians that do amazing teeth whitening and body sculpting.

I want to say that Salon De La V is my favorite because they have a very professional and trustworthy team. I really enjoy Vahes professional work and Lusines extensions are the best in the game. It is hard to believe that it is even extensions.

How have I not rated this salon yet ? Where do I start ? I have been going to Vahe for my hair care needs for 10+ years and every time not only do I get beautiful fresh hair but also a boost of energy. He has the best attitude, very humorous. He takes his time and does a very detailed job. He listens to your needs and suggest his HONEST opinion. I love my monthly sessions and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon and his services. He also has a location in Glendale with other artists. P.S. my favorite part is the hair massage when he is washing my hair. It feels like I'm at a 5 star luxurious spa in a tropical island. My favorite makeup artist works at this salon glammedbyan.She's one of the best ones in the game not just with her makeup skills but her customer service skills.She always takes her time to listen to what her customer exactly asks for and gives u exactly what you ask for.I'm very picky with my makeup so I do always ask for things to be a certain way but she's always very patient and with a nice attitude doing what makes her customers happy.Love her and her work.I highly recommend her.

This place is a gem, the entire staff is super friendly and helpful! I came for a facial at Tagys Skin Care that's located inside the salon and her service and skills were 10/10. My skin was literally glowing by the end of the facial. Tagy was very knowledgeable about the products she used and gave me recommendations on how to keep up with my skincare. I will definitely recommend her services and come back next month for another facial!

My review is for the skin care services provided by Tagi. I have been seeing Tagi for all of my skincare needs for a few years now (sorry this review is overdue!) and am a strong believer in her beauty techniques. She is not seeing you simply as a scheduled appointment (this unfortunately was my experience with others prior to Tagi) but as a caring friend who genuinely wants to see you glow the day of and after your facial treatment. Her routines are customized depending on skin type and she always makes a new assessment of your skin before she begins any treatment. I highly recommend Tagi and will continue to use her for all my skincare treatments even if I have to drive almost 2 hours to see her! Love you Tagi and all that you do for my skin! read more

I had an makeup appointment here with Ana her Instagram name is glammed_byann she make me wait for 30min and when I asked her how much more I should wait ?she responds back with a very bad attitude and lowd tone of voice saying I just came 10min ago and I have to wait 30more minutes because her client was late and if I'm unhappy I'm welcome to leave and close back the door on my face. I wouldn't recommend this salon and the staff specially her. Ps.my appointment was at 11:30 I got there exactly at 11:32 she told me at can you please wait for 5 minutes that 5min turns out to 30min and I left there without make-up at 12 and I had an babyshower to attend at 1pm. read more

I absolutely love love love Salon De La V. I came here initially because I was interested in getting a Brazilian blowout treatment on my hair. I was absolutely in love with my results!!! After years of frizzy and unmanageable hair, I could finally manage my hair and see a significant difference in its health, since I no longer needed to use heat tools on it every day! Game changer! These days, it is hard to find a business that still cares for their clients AND provide professional and amazing services! Vahe, the owner, has been my stylist for years! The salon and the staff are incredible! I found out that my long time friend/hairstylist "Rosie" was working at this location and immediately needed to go check it out. I absolutely loved my experience. The salon is beautiful, modern, and welcoming. Rosie did a beautiful job with my hair! I needed the works, color correction and a trim, and she did an amazing job! I have been Vahe's client since 2015 and I have never let anyone ever color my hair but him. Vahe is extremely attentive and professional when doing my hair. Every time I visit either the beautiful Glendale or Burbank location, he always takes the time to listen to my wishes and is always kind. I'm always certain that he will give me the color and style that suits me. The quality of his work shows as my hair always keeps in the color for so many months. My first appointment with Mary was a week ago and I returned for my second beach waves. I felt impulsive that day and so natural in Mary's environment that I let her cut my hair short! (FYI I have never allowed anyone to chop my hair that length). I could not be happier with my hair, the fresh chop made my hair look that much better thanks to Mary's recommendation. Mary is to the point and knows her work. She gets the job done and does it well. If something won't work she will tell you , no offense in that but that of a honest and talented stylist. My hair is blonde and i can't wash my hair often and Mary's work stayed and would continue to if I hadn't wash it. I received sooo many compliments, looked and felt so good. Mary is patient, attentive, listens and does not rush the job! She is professional, kind and actually listens! I vow to get my hair done with her every week read more

Los Angeles is not short for salons or hairstylists, but what makes this specific salon unique and overall an amazing experience is the service, the team and the owner Vahe. I have been a client for many years and I cannot stress how their level of service has always been beyond exceptional. Both salons are amazing to be at and the team on both locations makes you feel like family. The level of professionalism and the amount of knowledge and expertise that is at this salon is not comparable to others and I say this as someone who is well informed and up to date with the industry. I haven't personally visited this salon but have had my hair done by Rima and had to leave her a glowing review. Found her off of Instagram and she is extremely warm, welcoming and accommodating! Have had her style my hair for several special events to date (i.e., birthdays, weddings).. and she never fails to impress! She is now my go-to! read more

This is the second location of my favorite salon ever. So glad that there's another location closer to my home. The owner and stylist Vahe is splitting his time between the two locations, making it so convenient to schedule appointments! Truly the best hair salon! The staff is really friendly and the place is neat and clean. Got my highlights by Rosie who was also really great. She told me the do's and don'ts for my hair and how to help it stay healthy and shiny! I think it's very important when a stylist cares and gives advice on what's best for client. Finding this salon was such a blessing. Vahe is the best hairstylist I could have ever had. He did a great job with my hair, I had the confidence that he really knows what he is doing from start to finish. He took his time and discussed with me about my preferences and gave me advice on how to take care of my hair. The salon is designed so nicely, and they have a bunch of other services such as makeup, hairdo, style, facial, etc. I would highly recommend visiting this salon. She left me looking 10/10 when she was done! She was so gracious telling me if there is something that needed to be fixed to let her know and she'd do what she could to get me in. I did make one quick trip back but that was not to her fault. We knew that we were going to have to do a grow out to really correct the issue since we are trying to save some length. I am that girl that either doesn't brush her hair in the morning (true story) and just makes sure it's laying nice by running some pomade over flyaways because I do not like using heat! OR I take 5 minutes and use that round brush blowdryer (get you one! so fast!) and the picture I posted was that day. I'm very happy with the results. She had alot to fix and she delivered! Coincidentally my aunt went to another butcher, I mean barber, I mean stylist and was in the same situation. I immediately sent her Michelle's info and she booked an appt.
