I noticed this salon many years ago when I would drive by, but did not call until I moved to the neighborhood last year. I wish I had called all those years ago! Lori is amazing! She always gives me such a cute cut, and she has also helped me transition beautifully into my gray. I had been coloring my hair trying to cover up my sporadic grays, and then Lori mentioned that highlighting might be a good option for me. Well, I took her suggestion, and I have received so many compliments on my hair. Lori is fantastic and easy to talk to. Her salon is clean and cozy - I walk here - but parking is easy, if necessary. Words do not do Lori's abilities as a hairstylist justice. I can honestly say I have really good hair but for about a year before seeing Lori I had been at a loss as to why my normally "happy" hair hadn't been looking or behaving like it's usual self. My hair stylist at the time said my hair seemed fine to her but...it wasn't. So I tried a million different products but saw no improvement & finally I decided I to switch stylists & just start new with someone else. Simple as it is, Lori is seriously amazing. I came into her salon today with an ombre that was very harsh. She did color correction and neutralized the brassy color that I had previously. It is now blended so well and I couldn't be any happier. What I love the most about Lori was that throughout the process, she would educate me, and let me know what she was doing it and how. I drive 15 miles across the valley to have Lori dye, cut and style my hair and I have always been VERY happy with the lasting results. She listens to what you expect, offers suggestions for your type of hair and performs her innate talent. Lori is a sweet young lady who loves her family and is always a delight to exchange life's stories. You'll feel like your her only client for that hour or so, as her salon is small, cute and welcoming. Lori times her appointments appropriately and I've never been kept waiting. Having blonde on naturally dark roots is very high maintenance, but my hair NEVER feels fried/dried out and it's always silky smooth after all these years coloring and highlighting my hair just about every 3.5 to 4wks. Prior to coming here I had been going to another salon and it seemed to be the same outcome and I wanted to find someone who I could completely trust. Looking at Lori's reviews I knew she had a great following. I reached out to her and she insisted I come in for a test run and thankfully it went well. When I came in to do my hair, time seemed to be of the essence because she can get really busy so make sure to plan an appt with no rush for you and her. Luckily the next client didn't come in so she was able to finish out my look. It was a bit pricey for me but I'd rather pay for something great than something that can just pass me by.
