The Glendale location is NOT a luxurious day spa. It's more like a mom and pop barber shop where old ladies in the neighborhood go for their weekly hair dye and hair curler service. They call it a spa because in the last room in the back. there happens to be a Morpheus 8 machine. I do NOT recommend this place. For my Morpheus 8 appointment, they left me in the back room for over an hour with lidocaine, then the technician came in and zapped me for about 5 mins, said I was done, gave me a small container with unidentified peptide inside. When paying the bill, they had the nerve to make me read the pad where it was asking me to pay 18-25% tip on a $1400 treatment which only lasted 5 minutes. A few datys later I had a question for them but they didn't even answer the phone and never returned my voicemai. They never followed up to see how I was doing either. Needless to say I cancelled the second appointment and I gave them a piece of my mind. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I went to the suzy for the first time after my hair was damage from another hairstylist. I research a lot and went to many consultations. Most hair stylist get you the color you want with toner which is nice for the first one or two weeks, after few washes toner faits and becomes ugly color and doesn't look like the same which was my biggest concern. After bleaching my hair she colored my hair and i was very happy with the result. My hair is very silky and soft which is amazing for the hair that's been bleached and colored and was damaged. Wish I could turn back time and never step foot into this salon!! I went here 5 times. First time to go from blonde highlighted hair to platinum blonde. Each time after was a root touch up. First time it was fine, my hair wasn't platinum but it was a nice blonde and I didn't have much breakage so I decided to go back. Second time my roots had an obvious yellow band. They kept telling me that I have to go in before the 6 week mark so my hair won't have that band. Which I did! Third time my roots were white and the rest of my hair was much darker. After this session I noticed pretty obvious breakage near my bangs. Fourth time again a yellow band. And the fifth and final time I went there they burned off most of the hair in my crown area!! I don't know y I kept going back!! I figured she's a "blonde specialist" she must know what she's doing, after all several insta famous girls/bloggers go to her. WRONG! Unless ur an insta model or have some type of following they WILL mess up ur hair because they don't care. Stay away!! I reached out to them -no reply. I went to several stylists but no one will touch my hair because it's soo DAMAGED. One even said that in some sections of my hair 50% had broken off! This is what happens when a salon is over booked, greedy, and the "specialist" doesn't even TOUCH your hair. She just walks around talking her head off and trying to sell whatever new janky service their offering at her "med spa." If you can't tell, I'm pissed. Pretty sure I'm not the first or last they did this too - I'm honestly considering taking some kind of action against them for the emotional distress and money I've spent on treatments/extensions trying to fix the damage they did (after they already charged my half a grand!
