So, I had a lot to compare to. I really like Salon De La V. The simple but classy décor, high ceiling, knowledgeable stylists. And MOSTLY, I love Meg! She is the make-up artist. She is one of the best make-up artists I have used to doll me up! Her hands are light, and she is not inquisitive, and yet very friendly. She doesn't try to impress or outdo- she listened to my needs, and realized I am minimalist when it comes to make-up, especially for work or formal event. Although I saw her finish up this beautiful gorgeous camera ready makeup and I thought that is so glamorous! I wish I had a fancy event! Perhaps next time which will be tomorrow! Clearly my hair wasn't damaged before Ani went and did whatever she did to it the ends of my hair are turning green I tried texting her about it a about 8 days after getting my hair done asking if we could reschedule to fix it because I didn't want to wait 3-6 months that I wasn't totally happy with what I ended up with and she ignored me for a few more days up until the 16th day i messaged her out of character upset for not getting a reply back after speaking all this money of course she replied and went on to tell my my hair was damaged prior to her touching it and that it's my hairs fault for being so damaged and she told me I wasn't going to get the results I wanted she told me I wouldn't get super blonde she didn't tell me I wouldn't get the style of highlights I was showing her in the picture of what I wanted she went on to say that my hair did not lift correctly because it was so damaged and that If I wanted her to fix it I would need to sign a waiver for her to further damage my hair. Pictures don't lie and she told me that I'm just asking for my money back that it's all it's about the money and not about the hair. She claims she loves her clients and making them happy. But look at how she speaks to you threaten me to take her to court because she's been doing this for 17 years instead of trying to alleviate the situation.
