I had an absolutely disastrous haircut with Audrina. I went in for a trim & told her I wanted to keep the length (my hair WAS quite long). She assured me she'd take off 1.5"-2". Instead, she took off 4-5". I'm guessing that she kept taking more and more off in attempt to get it even (which is extremely strange as I have the easiest hair to cut - stick straight with long layers) and finally gave up because towards the end of drying my hair, she spun me around so I was no longer facing the mirror, and she curled it. No hairdresser I've ever had has curled my hair without my asking, before. I was pretty shocked by how short it was, but I thought maybe that was because it was so curly. I decided to make the best of it, paid her, and left. After I got home & washed my hair, I saw that, not only had she taken off WAY more than she said she would, but it was also completely uneven. The ends look like they been hacked at, and one side of my hair is a LOT shorter than the other side! I am flabbergasted and furious. I emailed the owner who apologized and offered to fix it. Read a few reviews that they tried to make an appointment and never heard back from anyone. Sad to say I had the same experience. I recently moved to the area and was looking forward to finding a new place I can conveniently go to on a regular basis. I had to call about three times throughout the day before I finally got to talk to someone. The receptionist then said she would have to call me back after they check availability, but they never returned my call. I'm surprised they do not have the schedule sorted out to make booking an appointment easier... I had to choose reliability and organization over convivence, so I found another place. read more

One word: SILVA! The hair extension and hair cut God. She is insanely good at what she does. I didn't get a haircut in years because everyone would cut way too much of my hair off. She understands the meaning of "only cut off one inch." She is truly heaven sent. When I did have short hair, she blended my extensions in so well. She is so great at what she does!!! read more

Cutest modern salon in such a great location! I've been getting my hair done with Anna for 3 years now and I can't imagine switching to another hair stylist. She's cut my hair, applied i-tip extensions, dyed my hair multiple times and has made me happy after each visit. Her worth ethics and skills are admirable. She definitely knows what she is doing and her intentions are to make every client happy without damaging their hair. It took me a month to book with Bonnie. I had to reach out multiple times before I could even get an appointment. Which should have been a sign not to go to her... but here we are. Anyways, I had sent a a few pictures of the look I was going for and a video. Before the cut she watched 2 videos of the cut I wanted. She tried to tell me it was a "mullet" at first, I then showed her another video and she said it was a "shag" I said whatever, that's fine as long as it looks like the pic. I was clear that I wanted a cut that I could wear natural, I was clear that I was getting MARRIED in a month and wanted to wear my hair natural for my wedding. After the hair cut, she straightened it which was fine I figured it would be fun just to have my hair professionally styled and I loved it. Once I washed my hair a few days later I realized this in fact was not at all the cut I wanted. Most layers were too short I can't even get a full curl. My bangs don't even get a full curl. One side is significantly shorter than the other in the top and I have to use excessive Bobby pins to even pull it back because I can't wear it down. When I reached out to her to ask for help styling it straight, because that was now the only way I could style it. She didn't respond for hours until I text her twice. Even then she was little to no help. I continuously asked what technique she used to style my hair. She continued to send me videos of complete different styles and/or different techniques. In the end I just had to ask "did you curl is over or under" because I could not get a straight answer from her. Now I'm stud styling my hair every day with heat, damaging it and additionally I have to change my wedding style because the look I wanted I am unable to achieve. I really feel like she ruined my wedding. I am not a person who likes to style my hair often and my wedding was supposed to be relaxing and now I have to figure out what to do with this hair style that I absolutely hate. It's not even close to the shape I wanted. The top is significantly shorter than I wanted and my bangs are way too short. And to be honest she didn't really seem like she even cared that she messed up my hair and I want a refund. read more

Nicole is by far one of the best make up artists I've been to in LA! She is so detailed and really takes her time to perfect your look. I've gotten my make up done a few times by her and she applies my make up as if she does it everyday (that's how perfect it looks).
