I had purchased a pair of jeans that were too big, but had already removed the tags AND did not have a receipt when I went back in. There was a sign that clearly stated the return policy, which I was not incompliance with - But I asked about an exchange anyways. Not only did the gal who helped me bring me other pairs and sizes jeans for me to try on, she did so with a kind heart and understanding beyond what I was deserving of. She took a direct monetary loss simply for my own satisfaction as she will not be able to return or sell the jeans I returned. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You earned a lifelong customer today! Today, I called the same store and spoke with Jake about a dopp kit I wanted to get. He was amazing as well, to say the least, treated me like family and rung me up as if I were in store, and is overnighting me a new Dopp kit to replace one I've had for over a decade. I'll never stop doing business with Lucchese, as all I've gotten is superb treatment. From the store in Charlotte, to a few of them in Fort Worth and Dallas and now, my amazing interactions with Bozeman, sells me on their brand and quality of service. The quality of their boots, leather goods and clothing is top notch as well. I'm a customer for life, plus that intoxicating smell of quality leather is unparalleled.
