The person who delivers to our address constantly leaves packages hanging half way out of the box and makes up reasons not to deliver to the house. I pay UPS and FedEx the higher rate for packages to be delivered by professional, courteous and reliable people. I ask vendors every time I busy something to ship to me by any other carrier. I AVOID giving any business to the USPS every chance I get. I hope you do too.

Service on my visit was highly competent and friendly. Finding the entrance was tricky because there wasn't any outside signage that I'm aware of. You can go through the revolving door on the SW corner of the building then take the first right as you step inside. Or, go in the east entrance through a courtyard wedged between this building and the federal courthouse. Really cool area. Stunning early morning light. Epic architecture that shows off a level of grandeur and sophistication not typically associated with downtown Spokane.

I was putting my items in one of those insulated/cushioned bags to send and he told me it would not fit (which it clearly would have) then continued to tell me that I would need to get a box..so then I put the stuff in the box and asked for tape to close it. He said you can buy tape (even though he had tape right behind him). So then I decided to pass on sending it out ..And I would just send my one envelope. And even with just sending the one letter out he made a big deal that I wasn't going to buy more stamps and just wanted to send that. So after he stamped the letter he left it on the counter didn't put it in the back where they normally do for it to go out and so I asked, "are you going to have that sent out" and he said "no you can put it in the mailbox yourself" and so I asked where is the mailbox and he pointed and said "it's right out there if you can see with your eyes". To that I finally had to say "you're an asshole" and walked out. I pray you read this sir and turn to Jesus because you need Him in your life, it is very evident. Very sad to that so many people have zero respect for not only other humans in this day and age, but also zero respect for their jobs. You should be ashamed of how you treat people.

Steven Dunn, the man who works here, is an absolute nightmare. He is rude, and sometimes downright…read moremean. What's worse is that he seems to enjoy treating his customers this way. There have been many unpleasant interactions with him over the years but yesterday was an especially terrible display of customer service. My husband uses the PO box to receive packages as we have has issues with delivery and theft at our home. He went in to claim a package that had been delivered by UPS and per the tracking info, had been signed for by "Dunn" and left at the front counter. My husband told Steven that they said it had been delivered and his reply was "Who is they?" So then my husband explained that it was the tracking info. Then Steven asked for the tracking # and my husband told him it was UPS. Steven's replay to that was "that does me no good." To which my husband replied that he knew it wasn't helpful but that he had confirmation that the package had been delivered and was hoping Steven could help him locate it. Steven then went in the back to look, came back and told my husband that is wasn't there. My husband questioned this, trying to understand why he had tracking info that stated the package had been delivered, and Steven became confrontational, telling my husband that he could go in the back and look for himself if he didn't believe him. Of course my husband declined to do this, telling Steven that he trusts that he can use his eyes but that he still doesn't understand what happened to his package. Steven just shrugged and walked away. We have still not received our package.

I understand if policies change, I understand if processes change, I understand that some people might have a bad day. BUT what in the total teat was that? Embarrassing me in front of everyone in the store was so wrong on many levels. Was I upset? Yep, when you refused to talk to me or actually hear anything I was saying. I'm sure it showed. Not once would the yappity angry woman stop talking long enough to have real dialogue. The problem - she is blaming Amazon and me. She wouldn't even look at the email sent from the UPS Store, by the the UPS Store that had nothing about Amazon in it. She refused. I just wanted to understand. She told me to call Amazon. So I countered, does Amazon normally answer questions about the UPS Store emails? That seems odd. She wouldn't even print my label until I listened to all her vile words first. She made that clear. I asked two times "please print my label so I could leave" and she said she would after she was done explaining everything for the third time (in a condescending tone) and I could leave if I didn't let her. She even said "have a nice day" sarcastically and angrily when I said, could I please pay for my Label. Yeah Customer Service at its finest. Again, I could think it was a me problem and I was emitting some sort of "please accost me" vibe, but I saw her handle another customer just as unprofessionally. Now, did she actually return my package or throw it away? I guess time will tell.
