I have been so happy with this post office! Always quick and answer all your questions. well, today I got Mr. GRUMPY!! Tried chatting a little but he didn't want that and then he about bit my head off when I went to pay too quickly. Sorry guy but I don't work there to know exactly how your machines work. My spouse and I run a small Jewelry Business out of our home, and in the past we have always used this specific post office without any issues from any other employee. We usually go in, they are able to scan our packages (all of them have the exact same size of label) give us a receipt, and send us on our way. Painless and easy. If you do however have to the absolute unpleasant experience of Chris trying to "help" you, I wish you luck. The second we handed our packages over to him (before trying any sort of scanning) he was giving us an attitude about our labels being "too small to scan". Normally, I'd say okay no problem. This time however I KNOW that he is wrong. I have seen his coworkers at the exact same desk scan our packages with the exact same tools he has, and every time it has gone through without a problem. So when I tried to explain this to him he became completely irate and aggressive speaking to my partner and I like toddlers. I watched as this employee turned red in the face and aggressively talked down to us telling us about how our account would be banned and that we were immature for trying to explain to him that is has worked every time before. At one point, he picked up my packages off of the counter, after I had asked for them back to go somewhere else since he wasn't interested in helping us, and he walked away from us saying "fine I'll ignore it and if something happens it's on you". After he "manually" typed in our tracking number he tried to claim it wasn't a real tracking number...we operate through Etsy. So according to him Etsy is giving out fake tracking numbers as well. We thankfully got our packages back and were able to go somewhere else. We went to another USPS within a 10 mile radius, and they were able to scan the package in and get it out within 3 minutes with no hassle and absolutely no disrespect. As long as this establishment keeps this overgrown toddler as their "customer service" I do not reccomend anyone go there, and if you're a small business STAY AWAYYYYYY!!! read more

Always friendly. Every time I've gone in they have been extremely kind and helpful. When not busy and I've come into the post office they'll be talking to each other but then stop to greet me. Normally at places the employees continue their conversation. It's nice to see an appreciation for their customers here. read more

Terrible customer service. I've been back a couple times to give them another shot and each time is as bad as the last! The clerks there are the worst and have no clue what they are doing. I won't go to this post office anymore even though it's the closest to my house. read more

I have had a PO Box at the Rosewood branch for 30 years. However, the last two years of off and on service mistakes are incredible. All you have to do is sort the address designations into the correct boxes, stop misdelivering mail and pay attention. Also, the Hillyard Branch has some serious issues with folks who can appropriately deliver mail out of that facility as well. read more

Extremely slow . Only two mail men and 12 people ahead of me the other one on Garland street is much faster.

I have been in this facility many times over 20 years - they are always kind and listen. The latest is when I went in to buy stamps - I said it would be nice to have a Halloween stamp, which they do not have. The person helping me then suggested another stamp, the Art of Magic, which is in orange, black and white. It was perfect for my need. I have never had a problem there - just some impatient customers - who maybe were in a hurry and late for something in their life. They do as good of job as they possibly could. You can't expect luxury service at a post office.

If you have something to mail here be prepared to wait and wait and wait. I have been to this location twice now and it has taken an extensive amount of time at both experiences because they only have one person working the line and taking phone calls. On the other hand when it is your turn finally the guy is nice and helpful. read more

Incompetent employees. They do not know their facts about the other shipping companies but collectively laughed when I told them their information was inaccurate. Soon after I brought the receipt from Fedex to them and they still didn't admit they were wrong, said Fedex must have changed their rates recently. Anyhow, they were very little help to me. Very poor problem solving skills, and very very poor manners. read more

This is probably my favorite post office in Spokane out of the ones I've been to. It is very spacious and they have a rather large assortment of cards. There are usually two clerks working which is better than the usual one that other post offices have. It feels newer or maybe it's just cleaner than other post offices. Lots of free parking and near lots of businesses on W Francis and N Monroe streets. read more
