On the rare occasions when there has been a problem, they always go the extra mile to make it right. Their shipping service is also excellent and they're good at finding the best shipping method. When I'm there I see them treating other customers with the same courtesy and helpfulness that they show me. They are a shining example of local business. Now when FedEx Express drops stuff off I asked them if they can take them and drop them off so they can get sent out to my customers. They have told me that they aren't supposed to do that but they will anyways because the package has been sitting in the pickup location for 3+ days. These customers I have are paying alot of money for these parts in general then adding shipping on top of that then they have to wait like a week to get their parts when it should have only taken maybe 3 days to get to them from the time the order is placed by me to the manufacturer, shipped to me then out to them... Not too happy with that right now
