Great pricing and friendly, professional service…read more I had previously been to the UPS Store, then a UPS Hub, and each was estimating around $350 to send my large, heavy item, and that did not include the box or packaging, which I'd have to do myself. Action got it done for $190 in a custom-made box with packaging included. The owner was there to help me and he was a really friendly guy who let me know exactly what he'd be doing and when the package would ship out. Can't say enough good things about my experience here and I'd definitely be back.

I went there to do a fax today and needed to mail envelope as well. Boy was I surprised.... the "BUN" lady did her best to inflate the postage needed on a simple envelope!! What a ripoff place, never going there again. They double and triple your costs on any technical issue they can come up with.
