Service on my visit was highly competent and friendly. Finding the entrance was tricky because there wasn't any outside signage that I'm aware of. You can go through the revolving door on the SW corner of the building then take the first right as you step inside. Or, go in the east entrance through a courtyard wedged between this building and the federal courthouse. Really cool area. Stunning early morning light. Epic architecture that shows off a level of grandeur and sophistication not typically associated with downtown Spokane.

It kind of sounds like a lake that people dump medical waste into, but then I found out that it's named this way because of the healing properties of the salts of the lake. Native Americans & early settlers used to bathe in the lake kind of like a hot springs with Epsom salts but not so much hot and springy. In that sense, t's just a salty lake...let's be real. With that said, this post office is really easy to find and there is ample parking and it is never busy. It doesn't have a self-service kiosk so you basically have to come before 4:30 during the week. I kind of wonder why they are only open from 10-12 on Saturday. Like...what's the point in even coming in? Also, kind of looks like an olde school 1980's single floor church in it's architecture and has cool stone work on the outside.

I will be at the post office tomorrow morning with photos of the gate, the front door and the road attempting once again to get the post office to figure this out...I suspect they won't. Grrrrrrr

There are a few good people at the front desk, however the management and drivers are HORRIBLE…read more(imho). The person who delivers to our address constantly leaves packages hanging half way out of the box and makes up reasons not to deliver to the house. I pay UPS and FedEx the higher rate for packages to be delivered by professional, courteous and reliable people. I ask vendors every time I busy something to ship to me by any other carrier. I AVOID giving any business to the USPS every chance I get. I hope you do too.
