They have been helpful loading heavy packages and have been very flexible in providing access to packages outside of posted hours. ----original review----- From the outside you would think that this is a nice quaint small-town post office. But the customer service here sucks royally. I am forced to have a post office box here because this small town doesn't receive mail service to your house. Anytime I get a package I have to either take off of work or send someone to pick it up from the window. The window is only open for up to two hours a day! And those hours are when I'm at work! The worst part is when you call for assistance you get some snarky smart a$$ dude who gives zero percent empathy for you the customer being inconvenienced by their crappy hours. They no longer offer package pickup on Saturday either. Plus UPS and FEDEX can't deliver directly to your house, so you have to come here to pick them up too. This place has the customer service of a post office in the Soviet Union.

I am…read moreexpecting a very important certified letter from a Law Office and I watched the mailman just put the certified mail PS Form 3849 in my mailbox. He didn't make any attempt to get out and said "no authorized recipient available", when I was sitting right in the front room. He didn't ring the bell, he didn't knock on the door, and he didn't even get out of the vehicle. This is pure laziness and incompetence. I will use all my resources to have this individual removed from working for the USPS. Usually tampering with US Mail is a federal offense. I feel this individual needs to be punished severely. The USPS has already misplaced the letter as I was supposed to receive it 3 days ago. I have been back and forth on the phone with the local Safety Harbor Post Office and the General USPS Customer Service Line for the past 3 days. I still have not received the letter. Whoever this individual is, I would really like to know. I will eventually report him to the 'United States Postal Inspection Service". I have lost complete trust in the USPS!

Like other post offices they sell shipping supplies. So was able to buy a book to ship some books home. Postal clerk was nice. But man, US Ground advantage is so expensive. It's no wonder folks use other services. If I had more time I would have shipped my pillow via UpS or FedEx. But limited time and I had to ship my books so $$ it was. Small parking lot.

She was very nice, prompt and quickly processed my request. The first thing I noticed that this USPS does not have that several do... No kiosk. I do prefer using kiosks instead of waiting in lines. I don't know how busy they do get around the holidays... That scares me as sometimes I will only need something as simple as buying a book of stamps which I can get from a kiosk instead of going to a grocery store or pharmacy that may not be in my errand plans. There is a self service renew and print tags kiosk available for use without a wait. There is express services on 1st floor and more services on 16th floor. There was no line to get assistance and I got my vehicle registration renewal under 4 minutes! If you do the vehicle registration online, you can pick it up at this location and go without the extra mailing fee. In the parking garage, the 1st hour of parking is free. Street parking is not free. There is a Nice championship ring display for Tampa bay Bucs and lightning on the 1st floor.

She told me to read line five and there are 3 sets of letters(4 each). Then she confirmed my information and had my sign into the machine and check it out. Afterwards I paid with her my new sticker. And they helped me have the best post office experience I've had in my life. I had several packages to send and they were patient and soooooo kind. The post office is on USF's campus but it's open for anyone and since snail mail is somewhat of a lost art on the ~youth~ I have to presume this location probably doesn't get tooooooo busy. They also have plenty of parking spots available (no parking permit needed). USF's USPS is the ultimate life hack. You're welcome.
