Angie and her husband are more than friendly and professional. I frequent their post stop often and have never had a bad experience. They have last minute gifts on the shelves including birthday cards and such. They are the new owners reopening about a year and a half ago. Easy Parking too! Great advice on how to wrap and mail that odd shaped package. You know like the large metal jack you found at a thrift store that costs $5.00 but $25 to mail. Free boxes too! If I had to launch a complaint it would be about the exorbitant mailing costs which is not something they have anything to do with! I have experienced those who want to jump on line ahead of me because they have other things to do with their time... If they're pushy about it I usually jus elbow them hard to the ribs lol! The man behind the counter was pleasant enough. I was told the package I was mailing was $6.00. I asked if there was a cheaper rate and was told, no. I didn't have enough cash on me, I used my debit/credit card. I guess I should have checked my RECEIPTS before leaving the store/USPS. After all it is the USPS. The package which was just a rolled up calendar, was "Grand Total: $6.90 and my SECOND RECEIPT for the charge was $7.18??? I don't recall seeing a sign for the upcharges nor did he mention it only that the name of the business would be on my credit card bill! read more

Doing her best..a one woman store..a Contract post office. She has had a LOT of issues w police and Covid rules threatening to shut her down. She is matter of fact, but a lot of demanding seniors! Between my wife and I, we have frequented this post office numerous times. I don't get all the bad reviews for here. We come here for its fast and efficient service, with positive results all the time. The woman behind the counter is always cordial and informative with any questions we may have. I have been going to this post office since i moved to the area on 07'. I've read a lot on here about the owners demeanor and all of that junk. Let me tell you something. There has never been one time that she has not helped me send something the most efficient way possible. She's always tried to do her best to help me save me money and ship my packages the cheapest way possible. Just for giggle I went to ship something for my small business at a regular post office, not only did it cost me more but the service was not as pleasant and the post office was a mess, and they didn't have anything I needed in stock. This is my "go to" place for mailing AND last-minute cards...their selection of everyday cards are great...there is a choice for any mood - touching or genuinely funny. When the lines are long here - don't worry - the service is fast and efficient. I wait longer at other places and will drive here first. ALSO physical distancing and following the rules are observed. I have never been embarrassed about being an American as I was when I walked in here. There is dirt EVERYWHERE. They have racks that turn that display stuff. At the bottom of the display is four inches of dirt on the bottom . Corners have piles of littered papers. The cash register is LOADED with 2 inches of dust. To be a United States Post Office is pitiful. The cashier was fast and efficient to say the least! Thank God it was the only plus in the place !!!! read more

Do not go here! Went and dropped off three pre labeled packages at 2:30 and they aren't showing up as mailed! So contacted them and was told oh well all mail goes out same day. I asked if they weren't scanned she told me all mail is scanned as long as there by 4:30. Which they were! She said oh maybe the label could not scan I said on all 3 I don't think so! Labeled them myself! so when gave the time she said that would have been her and when I told her that the lady working told us to push the packages all the way back on the counter she goes"oh that was me" ok so u are admitting you got them and yet they are nowhere I asked camera footage for that day and time and she conveniently doesn't have cameras in a business in 2021 ok! I love this place and many regulars do. Service is knowledgeable and fast. You can visit the adorable dog that stays behind the counter and loves to get to know people. It's a small town post office vibe that I prefer to the bigger post offices where you have no idea who will be working there. If you live nearby you should definitely try it. read more

The owner is one of the most hard working people I know. in contrary to other post offices, the wait time is usually minimal, she always answers the phone when you call and can advise you regarding best shipping options. I head to More than Just Mail once in a great while. The service is on the slow side and the owner always seems to be in a rushed, agitated mood when I do head there. If it weren't for the fact that I head to work before the regular Post Office opens (I typically head to More than Just Mail during my lunch break if I need to go there), I would probably go somewhere else. I have never had an issue of mail not being delivered, etc. So if you are in the area and need to drop a package off or pick up stamps, head here... just don't expect service with a smile or a happy demeanor from the owner. read more

Pretty sure the owner hates all humans. From the look of disgust when you walk in, to the snarky tone to her voice when answering questions. First off if the place is a bit dusty, thats because the owner works 6 days a week solid and efficiently behind a counter making sure there is never a waiting line. If you want to see not a speck of dust, go wait 45 minutes in line at local USPS office. If you know any better this is the place to come talk baseball (Ray's Fans Get Mad Love), by stamps and get in and out with your packages in record time! Dolores is a no nonsense chick and works hard to make sure she knows every customer and their needs. I love this place I have been coming for 6 years and love the dust and the dalmation (((its called character))), its a shipping facility and mail retail store, not 5 star steak house. Dolores was a key part of my equation after my mom died. She helped me notarize all of my paper work out and official documents, she is a certified Notary of the Public. And to the woman who wrote such a terrible review, you should be ashamed of being an American (yourself) that you would rate Mc Donald's 5 stars. That place is killing American's with their super sized everything and the obesity rate is already climbing as it is, so pipe down friend. If your gonna rate do it across the board not on dust. Next time see how long a burger and fries stays inside the human body and then you could give them a better rating. read more

I live close to More Than just Mail and frequent the place quite often. I have never received bad service. Yes I may have to wait in line because there is only one person who does everything. If I wanted more people, I would travel to a largo post office where there are more personnel. She is quick and may appear sometimes frazzled but remember she works with the public trying to please everyone, do the work, comply with the post office rules and regulations, offer a few other items besides envelopes and boxes, smile, never take a bathroom break and so on. I work with the public and you can't please everyone and if you are going to mail your stuff then go there. If you are going just to check out the "dust" go somewhere else. I think the woman who talked about the dust is unkind and has a mean spirit. Perhaps this woman has too much time on her hands and perhaps should volunteer to help "dust." I went to the main Post Office in Largo and the line was out the door so I left, I was driving down Starkey Rd and I saw the Post Office Sign at More Than Just Mail. I had 2 packages to ship Internationally and I had never done this before. I walked right in and was greeted by the women behind the counter with a nice smile, not your typical PO. I explained what I wanted to do and every response I got from her was not a problem, she helped me with the customs forms and basically did everything I was supposed to do for me without hesitation. My packages arrived a day before she said they would and I am one HAPPY CUSTOMER. I now do all my business there and wouldn't think of going anywhere else, More than just Mail is a hidden Gem as well as the owner. It does pay to do business with local people. read more
