Not only did they have every station open with a worker, but they also had two giant rolling bins set out that people could drop prepaid packages in without having to wait in line. They also had a self-serve station that helped expedite the immense volume of people, and they're open a bit later on Saturdays (until 2pm) compared to other nearby postal offices that are only open until noon.

When the line is long, I always get an apology when I get to the clerk and I get out within 15 minutes. Every person with whom I have interacted at this post office has been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. If you are not sure which special stamps are in stock, you can always look at their display box by the line. It has all of the stamps available. Today I bought a sheet of lunar new year snake stamps and lunar new year horse stamps. They will be gifts to babies born in those years for the first birthday that they can write a thank you letter!

She even verbally attacked a young woman and her children. The staff handled her with grace and professionalism. We were all cringing at the abusive woman and I hope the staff had a much more positive day. They deserved a medal! Hopefully this isn't something they have to deal with on a daily basis. The delivery drivers are supposed to deliver to the address posted on the package...NOT try to do name verification. Who exactly does this driver think they're helping by withholding delivery to a location, just because they're not sure about a name?? Do we really have to worry about deliveries being cancelled from Amazon because a name at a location wasn't personally recognized by the driver?? What is this the 1940's??
