Your not delivering our mail and you make excuses when our mail is lost. Terrible service.

Frustrated with this Post Office. I've tried several different means to notify the carrier to Hold my mail while out of town. This last time, I waited in line for a clerk, filled out the yellow card and watched as the clerk took it to the back. My mail was not held!! Went in today to discuss the issue, clerk was very helpful but we were cut off by some gentleman who told me to wait at the next window. They both leave, there's clapping in the back office, the clerk returns and tells me sorry next time drop the card off at the Post Office....what!! Definitely, a management issue going on here. They need to get their stuff together. read more

The only reason I would find to ever return to this post office is the only reason I was brought here in the first place: it opens at 8:30am and it was geographically advantageous based on my other errands. Beyond that, this place is kind of a mad house. It was incredibly busy and the employees were far from helpful. It kind of just felt like everyone was yelling at everyone. It is full service and they do provide packaging tape. read more

This is one of the best post offices around,After moving here my Mother in law got a PO Box and she is hard of hearing, the nice woman at the front explained everything to her,She was very helpful and patient and most of all, kind! They have a ton of PO Boxes here as well as a short wait time in line to mail your items or pick up mail and also there is plenty of parking as well as handicap parking! Which my mil loves. You can also order stamps and envelopes at the kiosk and since we are in Florida, you can't forget about getting your passports here! They have a passport office!! Just fill out your applications and bring your requirements paperwork,Also there is a ton of regular parking too especially during the holidays! read more

I chose to use the self help station to mail out a package and avoid human interaction. Both stations are extremely touchy, making it impossible not to make mistakes. I would have tried the other machine, but there was already a woman cussing it out for the same thing. It made me paranoid about accidentally getting a number wrong and my package getting lost. So I wasted time triple checking everything. read more

No one ever wants to go to a Post Office but this location is actually a step up from many others. Very cordial and quick and seriously I had the best experience in my life when I met with the Passport Application person and I sadly don't recall her name but she was amazing. Worse service ever. I always thought it was illegal not to deliver your mail. They obviously don't know that. I moved over 2 months ago and took a change of address form directly to the post office. As of today I still have not had a single piece of mail forwarded to me. I went up to the post office twice to inquire about not getting my mail forwarded and each time I was told a different lie. One was that they put the mail in a separate bin and they have to hand sort it. The other was they have to send it to Ft Lauderdale and they would place the yellow forwarding sticker and mail it back. They also sit on packages they receive and not deliver them for over a week. This is the worse managed post office. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! It's April 15th (Tax Day) The one day the Post Office is actually relevant. The postal guru's at Seminole (33772) Post Offcie decide it's just fine to CLOSE at "normal" hours 5 p.m. !!! Not ONE thought to what DAY it is, not ONE consideration for people who work, after all ....GOD forbid... they work past 5 p.m. I am in line..5:03 (freaking) p.m. they CLOSE the gates in front of me and turn me and ONE other customer away...did I say it was TAX DAY ?!?!? The NOT SO HELPFUL "employee" "suggests" I that I haul myself through rush hour traffic to another Post Office 30 MINUTES AWAY!!!! Did I say 5:03 pm? TAX DAY ?? Who the HECK do these people think they are? NO WONDER millions of Americans will do ANYTIHNG to avoid a trip to hte Post Office. read more

I can't really find anything bad about this USPS. Good parking, decent employees whenever I have to actually interact with someone, and a clean lobby area. Even better is the 24 hour self-service kiosks. I wish those things could take care of all my needs, but they've got most of them taken care of. It never fails I need to throw something in the mailbox as ass o'clock in the morning and I can do it here! Barring international shipments of course. read more

Somehow about half the outgoing mail I have seems to get lost in some strange land for about 3 weeks. I see the mail person pick it up, but it doesn't seem to make to my destination until about 3 - 4 weeks later. This has happened too often to be an accident . read more

The po put a wrong zip code on an envelope. It keeps ending up in NH!! I have gone into the po 2 times. Yesterday I was in Newark, NJ and what to they do - mail it back to NH!!! The envelope says NJ! Pretty sure it's mandatory to be an asshole when you work at the post office. Haven't met a nice person here yet. The IRB location is just as bad or worse. These people have the personalities of the boxes they ship. Asked if I could use some clear tape to close the box and he goes yeah it's for sale. Like come on man I need a piece of effin tape. This location is by far the nicest post office I've ever been to. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, going so far as to save me $80 on one postage fee by repackaging my shipment. On more than one occasion they have suggested different box sizes and postage rates that have saved me hundreds of dollars shipping from my small business. If you feel you are receiving an attitude from someone here, it is likely that you walked in with one and wanted to have a bad experience. I have seen the way many customers treat the employees of this location as if they are worthless and below them, but they are by far the most helpful group of people from any post office I have ever tried. Of course you're going to stand in a line when you and every other person arrive 30 minutes before they close in a bad mood not prepared to ship something, if you're mad about the times they're understaffed you should submit an application. read more

I was waiting on meds. The carrier came by, dropped off mail and a "missed you slip ". I saw her and she never got out of the truck. I had to chase her down to get my message that I needed that day. Very poor, lazy service. If I were to do that at my job, I'd be fired. Lazy read more

I recently moved here and received a notice my mail box needs to be 41 to 45 inches above street. Paid to have it raised and now they say it needs to be 41 to 45 " above dirt. No delivery. I'm going to dig out under my mail box and then see. Let's do away with Saturday delivery and then see if we can get mail delivered read more
