I am…read moreexpecting a very important certified letter from a Law Office and I watched the mailman just put the certified mail PS Form 3849 in my mailbox. He didn't make any attempt to get out and said "no authorized recipient available", when I was sitting right in the front room. He didn't ring the bell, he didn't knock on the door, and he didn't even get out of the vehicle. This is pure laziness and incompetence. I will use all my resources to have this individual removed from working for the USPS. Usually tampering with US Mail is a federal offense. I feel this individual needs to be punished severely. The USPS has already misplaced the letter as I was supposed to receive it 3 days ago. I have been back and forth on the phone with the local Safety Harbor Post Office and the General USPS Customer Service Line for the past 3 days. I still have not received the letter. Whoever this individual is, I would really like to know. I will eventually report him to the 'United States Postal Inspection Service". I have lost complete trust in the USPS!

This post office also has packaging materials, cards, boxes and materials you might need for address change, holding your mail, or the like. They have been helpful loading heavy packages and have been very flexible in providing access to packages outside of posted hours. ----original review----- From the outside you would think that this is a nice quaint small-town post office. But the customer service here sucks royally. I am forced to have a post office box here because this small town doesn't receive mail service to your house. Anytime I get a package I have to either take off of work or send someone to pick it up from the window. The window is only open for up to two hours a day! And those hours are when I'm at work! The worst part is when you call for assistance you get some snarky smart a$$ dude who gives zero percent empathy for you the customer being inconvenienced by their crappy hours. They no longer offer package pickup on Saturday either. Plus UPS and FEDEX can't deliver directly to your house, so you have to come here to pick them up too. This place has the customer service of a post office in the Soviet Union.

While the business hours at this location…read moremay not be the best, it's nice to have a neighborhood post office that I can he to in a pinch when I don't feel like making the drive to the airport USPS :-) The operation of this post office usually runs smoothly and I don't have to wait long to be assisted. The women (I've only seen women at this location) are very cordial and helpful. I have never had a customer service issue here. There is parking available in a small angled parking lot, parallel parking alongside the front on the road, and side street parking on the street before the post office (take the left right before the post office, the one where the West Tampa Library is). Due to its location and convenience, I will continue to return again and again.

The address they gave me over the phone off the package was the exact address of the leasing office of my apartment complex, so they couldn't deliver it there? The leasing manager would have gotten it to me. It's a $300 order I've waited weeks for. They apparently IMMEDIATELY put it on a truck to return to sender across the country. So now I have to wait potentially weeks again for this order. Plus, the woman from this location who called me was extremely rude. Acted as if she would rather do anything but make phone calls she's paid to make. USPS must offer fantastic job security for her to get away with being that vile to customers. No wonder people want to defund USPS.

This is the closest post office to my bank so it made sense to use this location. It's a smaller post office that's tucked away. Only two people working the counter. Like other post offices they sell shipping supplies. So was able to buy a book to ship some books home. Postal clerk was nice. But man, US Ground advantage is so expensive. It's no wonder folks use other services. If I had more time I would have shipped my pillow via UpS or FedEx. But limited time and I had to ship my books so $$ it was. Small parking lot.
