When the line is long, I always get an apology when I get to the clerk and I get out within 15 minutes. Every person with whom I have interacted at this post office has been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. If you are not sure which special stamps are in stock, you can always look at their display box by the line. It has all of the stamps available. Today I bought a sheet of lunar new year snake stamps and lunar new year horse stamps. They will be gifts to babies born in those years for the first birthday that they can write a thank you letter!

The staff had experienced a power outage and had to reboot their scales today. She even verbally attacked a young woman and her children. The staff handled her with grace and professionalism. We were all cringing at the abusive woman and I hope the staff had a much more positive day. They deserved a medal! Hopefully this isn't something they have to deal with on a daily basis. Anytime I get a package I have to either take off of work or send someone to pick it up from the window. The window is only open for up to two hours a day! And those hours are when I'm at work! The worst part is when you call for assistance you get some snarky smart a$$ dude who gives zero percent empathy for you the customer being inconvenienced by their crappy hours. They no longer offer package pickup on Saturday either. Plus UPS and FEDEX can't deliver directly to your house, so you have to come here to pick them up too.
