I did not just drop off mail, I had received a package from Europe and the product was damaged. They went through the entire process of what I could expect, completed the form 3831 I needed to give the sender for my refund. They informed me they would take control of the package, one less thing to deal with for me. The entire time, no one acted like they were being "put out", just very courteous and helpful.
