I would always recommend these guys if you need to drop something off to get shipped quickly or even if you need them to box it up for you. Their rates are very very cheap, and they are very helpful. There's also PO Box's available! Pretty much like the post office without the hassle of waiting in the long lines and from your staff. The owner, is very awesome she's a very nice lady. The lady was somewhat noticeably annoyed and tried to quickly get me out of the way and back in line. I was able to ship one box, no problem. Other than the $40 price tag! Yikes! I had one more box, about 3 lbs but an awkward space. Very thin and long. The first lady helping me told me it would be $18.95 to ship it but I had to write the address on the box directly - okay, back in line... I get another employee this time.. she says it will take $55.95 to ship my box STANDARD (7-10 days). Shocked, I informed her that the other lady just told me $18.95 less than 20 minutes ago. She audibly yawned and said with annoyance in her voice, "Fine, I'll do it again.." She got the same price. I was not going to pay $55.95 for a box that was just quoted for $18.95. The other employee who originally helped me chimed in and said I must have given her a wrong zip code.. I know I didn't, I just think the second employee didn't want to be bothered to ship my box.. She told me that I should just go to UPS since I didn't want to pay them to do it... what...? While waiting in line, I heard the same employee tell three other customers to just go to UPS. I guess they don't want customers here? Lol!
