I received my ticket at 0833, was seen at the license photo section at 0841, then got called to the other window to finish my transactions within 5 minutes. My husband and I just moved here from California and dreaded coming to the DMV. Our experiences with CA we're never pleasant. Everyone is treated like cattle there. We were soooo delighted when we came in and were very pleasantly greeted and directed by a kindly gentleman to the receptionist. She too, was very kind as she asked what we needed today. She handed us our serving ticket and we barely sat down before we were already called up to take care of things. These delightful folks obviously really love their jobs. All of them were exemplary in professionalism; very thorough and attentive to every detail. Our situation was a bit unique so I came back the next day to finish up but I give a big hug and shout out to Alexis, Amber, Wendy and Supervisor Chris. One of the best experiences I've had so far! Office opened at 8:30am and I got there at 8:10am. Line already had 50 people so I was a bit discouraged. One the office opened it took about ten minutes to get to the front door. My temp was checked, I told what I was there for, got a number, gave them my cell number and waited in the car. I got a text that my number was about to be called so I went in. 15 minutes later my number was called. I got what I needed and everything went fine.Every employee that I was in contact with it was really professional and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The wait time was a little lengthy but that's expected for Monday morning. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with the service I received. read more

I came in here to renew my car registration. I expected to wait half an hour to an hour. 7 mins later they called my number, I paid my registration and I was out the door! The staff was extremely friendly. The place is huge and very clean. They have done a great job at this location in Compark 75 business plaza, they seem to be very efficient and they have a lot of people working which makes things go quicker. read more

I decided to get my ID renewed here because getting it done in Miami would have taken 2 to 3 hours. I was expecting to take maybe an hour, but boy was I surprised, when I was in and out the door in 25 mins. I waited about 13 mins before I was called to a counter, and with all the required documents in order, I was quickly ushered to take a new picture, and then an ID was presented within a few mins. The whole ordeal was so painless that I'm glad I chose to get this done here than do it back in Miami. The staff were all really nice, helping me quickly even when I wasn't sure if they'd renew my license there, and clarifying without a negative attitude what I needed for the renewal. We just got back from spending hours at the Dade City Tax Collectors office with all of our documents to register a vehicle purchase and transfer plates. I have some comments and suggestions. We checked in and sat down to wait for about an hour and 20 minutes until we were called to Pam's desk, a rather inexperienced and frumpy dressed individual who promptly examined the title we brought and felt she saw a scribble in the odometer record and told us she would loose her job if she accepted any title w a scribble in. ( it was very obvious what the numbers read). Why couldn't the check in person overlooked the documents and said, "this won't work?" Instead of wasting everyone's time. Pam then called her manager over, Chris, who felt like he had to support her.... And told us to bring back some other paperwork to ascertain the odometer reading another day. Preferably not a Monday or Friday. Wasted hours, wasted a whole bunch of time.... And lack of helpfulness or courtesy. Mike Fasano.... People need training beyond numbers. This young lady needs some intensive customer service training as does her manager Chris. People are not just "Numbers". Your people and processes need attention. I would not hire these folks to be greeters at big box stores!!! read more

Waste of your time. Was there from 9am - 1pm. Workers won't do title registration with original title, FL insurance, Pasco driver license. Require bill of sale AND ORIGINAL odometer statement when the the worker INSPECTED the car and wrote down the mileage herself... They won't take the copy odometer statement. I had to come twice and STILL they won't process the transaction. What do you think they gain from that power play except to lose my business and time!?!? I did business with them for over 6 years and send them more businesses from family and friends. Their services just went downhill pretty fast!!! BTW... yelp scam me for $88 and my insurance agent over $200 for advertising. The only reason I post here is because their reviews come up with iPhone users. It's awesome but I got an ID for my bank account but it's less than a minute of waiting! I'm pretty impressed with Pasco County Tax Collector So when I come in by 4:31 and i talk about the ID for a couple minutes. The only reason why I like Wesley chapel is because tax collector is a little closer to my house so I just came home from my school by 3:20pm and came in my mom's car in 3:21 it's really short then. read more

Moving from NY to FL has never been more of a breeze. The comparison is unbelievable. First of all, being from NY I expected to wait at least an hour just to be called, and wait at least 2-3 hours to complete everything. I am blown away that I was out of here within 35 minutes. Now don't get me wrong I know NY is busier, but this place was not dead either. There was a good amount of people there. I still had to take a ticket and wait but I completed all paperwork and got my license in that time frame. Every single person that helped me was extremely sweet and very knowledgeable with the questions I had. They told me exactly what I need and how to do so. It is a little secluded off of SR54, but there's plenty of parking and plenty of people inside to help you! I brought my coffee in and they politely explained I couldn't have drinks, which was no big deal. Before I offered to bring it back to my car, the security officer at the door said he could hold it up front for me, and that I could just pick it up on my way out without having to leave the building. So nice! Best experience I've ever had at a DMV! I would highly recommend this location, simply for the people that work there. Nicest people I've ever met at a DMV! I'll definitely be going back to this location if I ever need anything in the future! read more

This is the short version of my experience here.... I decided to stop here to have only a motorcycle endorsement added to my Florida drivers license( No other changes). What a disaster this turned out to be! They hand out comment cards looking to improve....How about just adding the endorsement and not worrying why my residential address is different than my mailing address and how many vehicles I personally own. My drivers license was fine until I stopped here for something simple. The clerk charged me for an address change I did not request, and her supervisor will not speak to you to solve any issue. We just moved here from NH and all the paperwork was finally gathered to get Florida licenses and plates. Fearing the worse for DMV's back North was quickly erased upon entering the place. Front desk ladies were polite, friendly and quick to get us set up for license pictures! That was easy!! And I dealt with Sewar, sorry if that's wrong but she is from Egypt and I forgot the spelling but she was Truly Amazing!! Super helpful, polite, funny and we kept a Great conversation while doing the long, tedious paperwork. Man that was pretty fast and a easy experience!!!! My wife had Stephanie and she was also quite Amazing!! The 2 ladies made this so much painless than we expected!!! Can't thank them and the collector office Enough for all the help!! the fat asshole who does the drivers tests should be fired. he was rude, he was ignorant, and downright wrong. i will NEVER be returning. i'm giving this shithole a 1 star because 0 isn't an option. i give this place negative stars. everyone that i talked to there was an asshole. if u hate your job so much then quit...don't take it out on everyone else. he told me to take a left at the stop sign so when i pull up to it i make a complete stop check to see no cars are coming then start to turn left and a truck starts coming from the right after i'm already turning left and it was still a large distance away. he yells at me to stop and so i do and the truck passes. he makes me park the car in a random parking spot and tells me i failed. i was completely astonished. this man is a complete ass. i encourage others to find another dmv because this place was trash. read more

Upon, entering the Pasco Co. DMV, my Wife and I were met with cheerful courtesy for assistance, in initial processing. I am 100% DAV transferring residence and vehicles from South Dakota to Florida. The skillful care and short wait was astounding to San Diego, CA our original home. We were transferred to "Seham," to process all necessary forms licenses and distribution of the license plate. Everyone there was amazing but there was only one specific problem about one certain person. I was there for a road test and the instructor that came was pretty rude: first when he got into the car, he adjusted the AC on BOTH sides (driver and passenger) to the lowest setting and put it on full blast; the window was wide open too; he didn't even bother closing it before blasting the AC. Then I performed a maneuver according to him where I failed to yield. There was a clear stop line and sign for both sides and I arrived there first at the intersection; i proceed to go as the other car 1. Was moving slowly constantly, 2. had a stop, and 3. I arrived first. Later, when reviewing the details, I was told by him that the thick white line (next to stop signs) does not mean to stop and so the truck would be going before me, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A SOLID THICK WHITE LINE; Unless i was taught wrong by the FLVS and that it does not mean stop:/. I was super confused and so when I went to pay, I tried to dispute it and i asked the people and they said yes I am right about it meaning stop but since they were not there they could not do anything, and the instructors are experienced to be testing people (which apparently not cz he didn't know the stop line and it's use, (they were definitely defending their coworkers, which is understandable). I even saw another review on google about this same guy who had confusing reasons why for failing and playing with the AC control. read more

I gave this DMV three stars, because when I walked in I was greeted by a very nice, very helpful person named Eddie. Eddie directed me to someone that could help me with what I came in for. I simply came in to get a blank for my mother who is in the military and couldn't make it to the DMV in time after work to get the form. If Eddie was not there I would have given this DMV one star. The women who assisted me was extremely rude and snappy. I wasn't sure exactly what the form was called so I was describing it to her exactly as I should. She kept cutting me off while I was talking and telling me I can't have the form and talking to me like I'm stupid. Telling me I can't have the form because my mom wasn't there. After I told her multiple times it's a blank form. She finally realized what I was talking about after she stopped cutting me off while I was talking. I was trying to tell her what the form was needed for so she could understand. She gave me the form. I thanked Eddie because he was still being helpful throughout the process. But I did not thank her. read more
