Cornerstone got coverage with Tower Hill Insurance. They did their own inspections. As soon as I paid the yearly premium, the company gave my a laundry list of repairs they wanted me to complete in about 10 days or they would cancel my home insurance. Cornerstone hung me out to dry. I've been with them for awhile but never needed. Recently citizens sent me a notice of cancellation due to the age of the roof. I did not get this from cornerstone. After emailing cornerstone they said they were aware of it and may ask for another year or two to be added. Actually I've had new wood and EPDM added just a few years ago but apparently nobody cares. It's been a couple of months and as my cancellation appears eminent I've yet to hear anything else from cornerstone. So I guess as long as you make payments and no actual service is needed they re fine. They may give good rates and service when you are buying, as listed below, but they twist wording on the coverage to avoid . We had hurricane insurance on our storage unit and rain got in and puddled on the floors. They are classing this as flooding and are paying nothing of the $2000 of items we lost. We have wasted our money paying to them will never go anywhere that uses them again. Charlatans. read more
