I decided to try this specific roller skating rink,mainly bc ,of the skating support it provides kids that don't have full experience with roller skating. I thought it would be closer to me in driving distance ,but, realized it was far in distance for me, personally. However, it was fun and kids had a great time! This rink hosts for all age levels and even saw some adults skating. The music was great and good fun vibes! However, I decided to come here specifically ,also bc, they were having a Halloween special offer for kids. The package included, a free goodie bag and pictures with small amount of "scary" Halloween costumes characters,that kids could meet and take pictures with. As time went by, I didn't hear or see anyone mentioning any of the things that were paid for ,regarding this package, and so, I asked one of the employees that worked at the window and told me , "I don't have any idea" so I'm thinking to myself, well considering that you do work here, you should have an idea and from my understanding, she went ahead and mentioned it to management and then I was able to receive the goodie bag that I had paid for. My point here is that, if I did not mention this to anyone... no one would have come to give us what we signed up and paid for. Even for the Halloween characters, I had to ask if they will be coming out at any time for the kids to take pictures with ,in which, they were looking forward to. These things should be done without customers having to ask about them ..more than once. I gave 3 stars bc even though it was a fun and nice place and the kids enjoyed it, it could be more organized and deliver what they promise,as far as ,their packages. Customers should not have to ask and especially more than once to receive their package goodies or whatever other packages they offer at the time of purchase. If this incident didn't occur, I would have given a better rating. Some of the staff members were nice and friendly. Also,one more thing... I suggest, not ordering any bottled water here, as they charged me $7.00 for a new water brand! I thought that was a complete rip off bc in supermarkets, they go for about $2-3 only being the size of this brand. Parking was very accessible and lots of parking spaces. I wish I could have given this place a higher rating but I believe they could do a lot better with their services. Seeing the kids enjoying and happy is what I mostly cared about but please consider being more organized and thoughtful with your customers and your services. Thank you! read more

We went on a Sunday afternoon for a "inside out" event. It was $15 to skate, $6 to rent skates, $5 for non skating parents and $7 to rent one of the things to hold onto if you're a new skater, then in the middle of the event they started selling light up toys, we didn't buy any but I heard $12? Each? Is it a money grab and overpriced like other reviews say? Yes, but I knew that going in since I did read reviews prior to going, haha. It looked like any other roller rink, but there's not many left. The staff were nice. It was clean enough. I waited on line for food then left because the line literally didn't move so we got food on the way home. The kids enjoyed it and would go again, I would on one of their discount nights. This place is TRASH. And it's a shame because it's the only one around anymore. The staff are all rude. The wait at the door is insane. Birthday party attendees should have a different entrance or should be able to bypass the line. Having to wait 30+ minutes just to walk in is RIDICULOUS. Also. $22+ to skate is absurd. Such a rip off. Every single staff member I encountered was nasty and rude. Especially the security guy at the door who was simultaneously trying to rush me in and stop me snoop through my bag while sanding down my SMALL children. Totally Unnecessary. It's over priced. Smells like burning plastic. The food is disgusting. It's dingey and old. And when the time is up they are insanely rude and shove you out the door as quick and rudely as they can saying "let's go we have to reset for the next session" as if it's anyone's fault this dump doesn't allot themselves enough time between sessions. It's trash. Staff sucks and treats every customer like a derelict teenager about to cause havoc. People are rude no seating anywhere. People not using lockers and using personal items to hold seating. For just that reason I will not return. I hope management will do something about this issue. Other places would tell people to not put personal items on seating areas and use recommended lockers. Pay to stand and spectate. Total BS. read more

I was skating for the 1st time and I hated it I was crying and sad and we got to the worker and we tried to get a refund and the worker told the manger and talked to us on the middle of the skating reck and than we waiting 3 mins to get a refund because they don't do refunds and they were kind and give us one :D. read more

Compared to what the rink used to be, it's extremely poor. I love skating, but it's just not as safe as it used to be. I'll start with the skaters, there are adults on phones while skating, nobody bothers to stop them at all. they are an extreme hazard to anyone else skating, not only can they get damaged on the skating floor, but they can seriously injure someone else. Even thought they make you sign your rights away so they aren't liable, you still have to think of you. Onto the refs, they are no longer REQUIRED to wear skates. This is a huge problem because they just walk STRAIGHT to the exits and back to the middle. For those who are skating this is extremely difficult, you will have to swerve and dodge them. But what if somebody else is in the way and you can't? Then you have no choice but to crash into them. There is another injury that you could have avoided if the refs wore skates and slowly made their way to the exits with everyone else. This brings me to the kids, kids that fall with wheeled walkers are also extremely dangerous. It only to themselves but everyone else. These PVC pipes on wheels always go flying and it's almost always in the middle of the skating floor. This can be solved in a couple of ways. 1. Get rid of them and have kids just use the walls and their parents like how the old rink management had this. 2. Have a few more adult nights per month so everyone can enjoy skating again. 3. Have teen nights where younger kids are not allowed, certain ages only. 4. Have some days that are for certain advancement levels. I'm not the greatest per se, but I'm much faster and precise than most. It's the only skating rink around so if I want to go i literally have no other choice but to go. So goal is to spend as little money now. I've been going to that skating rink since I was a kid, and I'm 20 now. So at least 10+ years. This is horrible management, and extreme disregard for safety. I am appalled by this, there need to be changes, somebody, or their child are going to get seriously injured. This skating rink just doesn't seem to care about that anymore, just the money in their pocket. read more

This place was simply amazing. And one of the best parts was DJ Holly. She didn't know "funky Cold Medina" when I asked her to play it, but not only dominated by playing it immediately, she followed it up with Hells Bells. Greatest roller rink experience I've ever had. Be very careful about this skating rink. They have false advertising on their website for promotions that they do not honor on arrival. Half Price Sundays, stated on the website was not honored when we arrived though it is explicitly stated on their website. Call ahead of time. read more

clean and bright, fun for kids $10 spectator fee if there is more than one parent per kid Lots of waivers to fill out even for adults who are watching so if you're going there for a party, make sure to allow yourself about 10 to 20 minutes lead time so you don't miss part of the party I had a toddler with a meltdown who was having a fit in the middle of the rink and I was trying to move her to the edge. The staff is instructed to stand over you until you move. Pretty nerve-racking. The manager was lovely, calmed me down, and listened to all of my concerns. read more

I normally never do this, but since they have not reached out to me after multiple attempts here goes.... I had my sons 8th birthday party here feb 17th. I had to prepay for everything with having a guest list sent to them days before the party. In the confirmation e mail it says I can come 20 minutes before hand to set up. The day of I come 20 minutes before to set up but was told I can't come in and sent back out to the line already forming for birthday parties. I finally get in and figure out where the birthday area is. my Host a young teen goes over everything that she will be doing threw the party but then says never mind it will be to much work and hands me all the game cards and skate mate bands. for me to do. I am then getting angry called and text from parents because they are waiting over 30 minutes in the check in line to get in with the parties. then to get over to the party area to send them back to the rental area to wait another 20 minutes to get skates because there was no one help direct anyone coming in. Then I had prepaid for 12 skate mates for my party of 14. well they over sold and 4 of my skaters did not get one. I then had 4 skaters that could not skate and ultimately ended up leaving. When I asked about this, they told me they were too busy and its not their fault they over sold even though I prepaid for them. I was no refunded or even an apology given. Nor did management ever come talk to me about this. Then at cake time the wrong cup cakes were given I was luckily able to realize this before it was too late but when she came back with the correct cup cakes asked me where her lighter was stating she left it on the table .... with the 8 year olds ..... it was never found. no additional plates were given for the cupcakes or were we checked on threw the party. This party was not cheap with the skate mates and the pp party prices it was about $32 pp. I was VERY disappointed with how this whole party was handled. I attempted to reach out to them via e-mail and social media regarding everything that went wrong and was never responded to. I will never book a party with them again and the upset parents will not be either. very poor handling of what could be a great business. read more

Very bad experience having my daughter's birthday party here this past weekend. Everything that was explained to me before hand was a total lie on the day of the party. It was basically a bunch of teenagers working with no actual adult to make sure things were being taken care of. No one knew procedures, we had to wait with the open skaters on line with all the guests. We were originally told we could come in early to set up and the guests could say they were for the party and not wait on line... this was not the case. We all had to wait and party started 30 minutes late. My daughter was crying and they didn't care. They made all the kids pay money for things, even though it was part of the package I already was paying for. No extras were allowed even if I was willing to pay. The other adult skaters were making all the little kids fall and were laughing. It was awful and that's what my 10 year old will remember from her birthday party. This place is a disgrace. I have also called to speak to a manager and also wrote to corporate and have not heard back from either. I am guessing they don't care about customer service and only want the money. I am hoping that this review at least deters others from giving them more business. read more

They are a ripoff. I bought my nieces each a $100 gift card. Everything they buy is charged a processing fee to the card. They require a parent be present, which is fine, however they make the parent pay a $5 specatator fee which is ridiculous if they are not skating. The bathrooms don't work, the skate times are so close together that it takes a half hour to get into the place, someone got hurt in the middle of the session so we couldn't skate for that half hour, and they start vacuuming and cleaning for the next session a half hour before the next session starts so basically we paid for 2 and a half hours and got to skate for 1 hour, Again, this place is a ripoff and I want my $200 dollars back. read more

For starters, they call it, United Skates Of America, and do not even offer a military discount. Shame on them! This place is a complete money grab. In addition to charging you for entry, they have the nerve to charge people for the support walkers. On top of that they interrupt your skating about every 20 minutes to try and sell overpriced garbage. There is a MC who makes announcements throughout your session of skating, and it is so loud you cannot even understand a word out of their mouth over the speakers. Overall my family and I had lots of fun but disappointing compared from what I remember from this place growing up. read more

I decided to book my 11 year old's birthday here. She wanted a Stranger Things themed party and they happened to be having that exact theme night. Perfect, right? Well, it took about 2 weeks to get someone to answer the phone/call me back. the only reason why I kept on, was for my daughter. Next, I had to ASK for my contract to be sent. After that things were quiet until party day. They had a huge crowd waiting to get in. I asked if birthday parties had their own line; why should my guests wait when we are on a time schedule that I paid for? They agreed. Great. With the party package each kid is admitted with one adult. If any of those adults, WHO ARE ALREADY ACCOUNTED FOR, want to skate, they charge them admission and skate rental. WHY? Why not just skate rental? I already paid 27.50 A KID. Each kid gets ONE slice of half cold, gross pizza. They also only put ONE pitcher of soda and ONE pitcher of water...FOR TWENTY CHILDREN. If any adult wanted soda I had to pay. I then asked for just pitchers of water. That was also NOT allowed. But I lost it at that point and got WATER. Next I had paid for 2 french fry platters @ $22 each and a sampler platter @ $34. Not only did the fries NOT come out with the kids food, but the $34 sampler platter was embarrassing. It included about 5 boneless wings (which were just nuggets) a bag of nacho chips dumped on the platter, fries....I was mortified!!!! On top of all of this,, my husband fell and actually broke his radius in the middle of the party. Thank God for waivers huh. Never again. They need to get their act together. I spent A LOT of money and was penny pinched for everything. Time to re vamp. read more

Wow those are some bad reviews. They make my review not even worth stating. But my complaint is that there was no soap in the girls bathroom. Tons of people and kids using the bathrooms, touching everything and eating with dirty hands. I asked my husband to go in the boys room and get me some soap and that soap dispenser in there was almost completely empty as well. People who are working there also need to be able to wash their hands after using the bathroom before preparing your food. When I asked the adult manager to please have someone put soap in the bathroom they turned away and stepped away from me as they pretended to talk into a walkie talkie. I knew she wasn't going to put soap in there. They have no one working there. And finally yes I agree charging people 5$ who just come with their kids and are not skating is a ridiculous money grab.
