We are extremely happy with our finished kitchen! The whole process with United Signature was professional, on time and had no surprises. We were looking for a full service remodeling company that included design, materials and construction. We needed a full kitchen remodel and were hoping for something that would transformed function as well as the overall look. Working with their designer really helped streamline best options. They also use a project manager to coordinate activity as well as provide a timeline to completion, which was right on. The cabinets, countertops and fixtures are high quality. We purchased our appliances separately, which United Signature has patiently worked around installing for us, due to the long lead time to get appliances. The construction process was really not disruptive. The workers arrived daily around the same time and always swept and cleaned up before they left. The United Signature company did the kitchen renovation + painting of the ceiling and walls + door replacement, fixed the parquet where necessary, plus did the necessary electrics, in terms of price and quality, we are very pleased, in the future we will contact them again (we do the renovation in parts, so that it doesn't turn out too much at once). What we liked the most was that when any questions arose, everything was resolved without any troubles as needed. For example when we asked other team , is it possible to repair a part of the wooden hardwood floor after renovation, they told us that it's impossible, so we need to replace all the hardwood floor in the kitchen and dining (because it is open concept), instead of this the specialist from United Signature at once told us , what kind of the wooden floor do we have and how he will fix only necessary part. So he fixed only the part was needed and afterwards we have no sign that the part of the hardwood floor was replaced and revarnished. Half a year has already passed and we still enjoy the kitchen as it is just finished and we are very happy and thankful to all their team. read more
