His crew was fast too, and during the demolition threw our old toilet into their truck, cracking it before he could tell them we wanted to keep it. He paid for a new toilet without any argument. ***********DO NOT HIRE********** The owner of this non active company is a scammer. His name is Francisco Hernandez but also goes by Francisco Sanchez. He has opened many different fraudulent businesses under different names after getting multiple lawsuits. His most recent business name is JPH Construction which is under his wife's name. They hire cheap labor from Home Depot parking lots use them for a couple weeks and don't pay them, this cycle goes on and they think they are getting away with it. None of their "skilled workers" have any trade skill. He refers to them as professionals which they obviously are not. My family and I hired Francisco to do a remodel on a house we bought in Bothell. He had a full crew their the first day and got demo done is a week which shouldn't have taken that long. We gave him a $19,000 down payment and agreed on paying out $3500 a week in labor. We hired him on November 9th 2017 and he was suppose to be done by January 1 2018 by the time he was suppose to be completed he wasn't even done with rough in electrical and plumbing. He was suppose to order all doors and windows and never did that as well. 5 months into the project and a total of $79,000 lost in material cost he did not touch the house besides some cheap Lowe's flooring horrible texture and paint, cheap LED lights some baseboard, horrible tile work and a chipped new tub I bought. I finally had brought of it and decided to do all the remodeling with the help of my father and a friend. I told him I just wanted the house done and he doesn't have to worry about the labor. He agreed to pay for all materials that I had to order which he was suppose to do in the beginning of the project. We charged everything on credit cards and it added up to about $30,000 in materials alone. We told Francisco that we needed Money to make payments on our cards and he kept on avoiding us and telling us he would have the money in 2 weeks. A couple days down later he blocked our phone numbers. We go to one of his job sites he bragged absolutely saying it was a 1.5 million dollar build to find him. When we got there we found out from a few other guys that were working there that he had messed up the framing and foundation. Their were notices from the city of Seattle there as well. We talked to his workers that at the time he owed $3600 and $1500 to another guy asking where he was, and they told us he's in Tacoma immigration prison. The new construction in Seattle is under his wife's name who we tried reaching out to and she ignored us. She is fully involved in all the fraud because she is on the same bank account and has cashed a few of the checks we gave him because her signature is on the documents. She does not answer our calls or anything. Francisco is getting deported and was sending all the money he takes from people to Honduras. Francisco Hernandez and his wife Jesbelly Molina took a total of $79,000 from me not including my time and extra tens of thousands i had to spend repairing all of his work. They are scammers and bad dishonest people. Never hire them. Francisco and his workers were very unprofessional in the afternoon they would drink I know this because I saw alcohol bottles everywhere. I cane and talked to Francisco about it and he made excuses telling me he's going to fire his workers yet he drank with them and smelled of booze. Francisco even brought a prostitute to the job site and that's when I had just had enough and told him to leave. Quality of work* I had to redo almost everything he didn't waterproof the the shower surrounds before tiling so I had to demo all the tile his guys did which were not straight and stuck out almost a inch from the wall. They taped and mudded but didn't even sand but decided to texture and paint the walls anyways. The floor tiles were lose and moved because he didn't screw down and secure the subfloor as well as the laminate floating floor he installed. He placed the cabinets on top of the floating floor in the kitchen and didn't even cut out the floor when mounting the cabinets. He framed out a new wall downstairs that sat without new electrical or any hung Sheetrock for 3 months. After taking over we closed the wall of and finished it in 2 days while doing a lot of other work. He didn't even touch the outside which was in the contract. I've used this company many times on design jobs I've done. I decided to try him again for my parent's bath. He couldn't get the job done in the time allotted, and I asked for a refund. I still to this day have not got my refund of 1000.00 that I paid ahead of time. I will never recommend Francisco again, and will leave these feedbacks for everyone to be warned. We hired Francisco Hernandez, of Exclusive Granite and Marble, for a house remodel. He was contracted to complete the following: Granite Counters and backsplash, hardwood floors downstairs, carpet upstairs, interior painting, bathroom remodel (floors, counters, shower/tub). He said the job would take about 4-6 weeks (not even close to the real timeline). We gave Francisco 50% of the project upfront (pretty standard process). However, within a week he asked for more money, claiming that our materials were more expensive than anticipated. We gave him more money because we knew we chose a few premium tiles and were okay with those additions to our contract. At that point, Francisco hardly showed up to work. For a few weeks, we were honestly afraid he'd taken our money and skipped out on the job. His guys would never come for two consecutive days, it was always some excuse why they couldn't come. When they did come it would be for half the day, typically arrive around 10:00 AM and leave around 2:30 PM. My husband kept calling and was practically begging him to show up to our house, trying to remind them of the established timeline. Meanwhile, as the weeks went on, the only time we heard from Francisco was when he was (again!) asking for more money. It was unfathomable that he would even consider asking us for more money. Unreal! We refused to give him more money at this point until he actually completed some work. By the time we were 1.5 months into the project, Francisco had only installed the kitchen counters (but no Backsplash), 2/3 of the bathroom renovation. Unfortunately, our concerns with the quality of work were confirmed by several other contractors that eventually led to us discontinuing the project. His work with shower and sinks were not up to code and would have likely resulted in water damage (two certified plumbers confirmed this issue). His tile work was incredibly sloppy, which included grout lines that varied in size and grout not mixed completely so you can see chunks of sand (the size of pebbles) in the finished product. Rather than use bullnose tile to soften edges he would just cut tile and leave the unfinished edges. One of the most difficult aspects through the entire process was he would make design decisions without consulting us. Anything that we pointed out as a point of dissatisfaction was our opinion and he would correct it, but we would have to pay for it. We asked repeatedly to include us on all decisions and repeatedly this would never happen. Unfortunately, we had to hire someone else to redo most of Francisco's work. We lost money, time, and experienced a lot of stress as a result of him. Please DO NOT hire Francisco Hernandez. At his worst, Francisco is dishonest and a liar. At his best, Francisco has poor workmanship and is a lazy contractor. I wish we would have known about this before we hired him. The painting I would consider to be sub par,I would think that an experienced contractor would be aware a water based paint doesn't stick well over a oil based paint without some type of proper preparation. The paint in the shower began to peel immediately withing the first day showering. The walls show a lot of light and dark areas some definitely needing retouching which wasn't done.I would have touched up the bad areas myself but non of the special order paint i ordered was left and Sherman Williams will not sell me any less then a gallon at a cost of over 25 dollars for touch up. The sink in the kitchen which was replaced of all new parts now leaks. The gasket has been installed wrong under the sink,I will have to remove this and replace it myself. The hot and cold water where installed incorrectly.I will have to r and r this also. the quarts counter top seem to be OK with some minor chips. The gas stove was leaking gas upon our first entering the home.he did come out and take care of this after a call. I contacted Francisco after completing the job and advised him that when you paint someones home you should leave some spare leftover paint for touch ups also some of the new flooring in case there is something that needs to be repaired. Surprisingly after completion and full payment i never received a call to ask about our satisfaction with the job. I guess no need for that if you don't want to hear what you may have missed. Francisco and team did a great job on my recent quartz counter project. After I got burned by another contractor, Francisco made sure the job got done right. The install went smoothly and his team left the kitchen cleaner than it was when they arrived. The cuts for my cook-top and downdraft were perfect and the final results is exactly what I hoped for.
