Cheap, unlabeled hardware hidden behind a nice-looking black finish -- that's what you're paying for here. What followed was a full month of being deliberately strung along by their General Manager, Oleg Ryakhovskiy: Missed calls, no-shows, and promises to "call back Friday" that never happened -- over and over I called Oleg 13+ times. He answered 4. Most calls went straight to voicemail within seconds -- a sign he was actively screening me out, not just "busy" When he finally responded, it was to tell me to drive to their Everett office myself and pick up the part, since they "didn't have a plumber available." No apology, no urgency, nothing. I put everything in writing -- a full email timeline, cc'ing their CFO and the sales coordinator who originally connected us. Silence. Not one reply. I then called every single person listed on their team page. Not one person picked up. Not one callback. This isn't a scheduling mix-up. This is a company that, once they have your money, will not answer the phone, will not honor basic accountability, and will let a paying customer go a month with an unusable shower rather than lift a finger. If this is how they handle a $500 repair on their own work, imagine how they'd treat you if something actually went wrong mid-remodel. Do not give this company your business.

Over the span of three months, he oversaw the demolition of the house, removing two load bearing walls as well as all of the flooring and bathrooms (tub, toilets, vanities). I would give Simon a 6-star rating if that was an option. His demeanor as head contractor was always calm, respectful and considerate. He guided me through the process of selecting new floors, appliances, fixtures, and a completely new HVAC system. Simon's subcontractors were all very friendly and professional. It appears that he is very careful in who he hires for his remodels. All aspects of their work met my approval in quality. Simon was one of two contractors who offered bids within our budget. 2) Simon spent a full hour exploring the space and asking questions. All other bids completed only a cursory look of the space, and failed to notice details that needed consideration. Simon pointed out a lot of things that were important for us to understand before moving forward with the project. Simon also said that estimate would take a couple of days to fine tune (versus other contractors who seemed to just throw out a number). 3) Simon immediately came across as a person with integrity and good communication skills. Our experience with Simon and his team: 1) Impeccable communication throughout the process. No leaving us in the dark, and always responsive to our questions.
