We bought a large condo in Mill Creek just prior to the pandemic and planned on a major renovation. We consulted several contractors who worked up a variety of designs. For such a good sized condo, the kitchen is a small galley and bent in an odd angle half way through it. No one seemed to be able to work out a design that kept the architectural beauty of the rest of the main floor yet also addressed the many issues with the kitchen. Then the pandemic arrived and we put everything on hold. Last winter we hired Featured Kitchens and Bath to do a design and possibly do the remodel for us. Denise , their designer, worked through a variety of back and forth changes with us until we finally thought we had a design we really liked. At that point we contracted with them to do the renovation. We are so glad we did. Kris and his team are honest craftsmen and do beautiful work. We just completed a remodel/redecorate of our laundry room and a powder room. Denise is very good with ideas for the design. She visited our home multiple times and helped us define our vision. We liked their proposal and contracted with them. During demolition a water pipe broke in the powder room, flooding the hardwood floor. Featured Kitchen and Bath replaced the floor at no additional cost to us. We went to Kauai for two weeks, leaving them access to our home. They are very reliable and trustworthy. The job is now done and exceeds our expectations. Featured Kitchen and Bath uses quality subcontractors. Their designs use quality brands and good materials. This is the second remodel Featured Kitchen and Bath have completed for us. A few years ago they designed and remodeled our master bath. We tore the master bath back to bare drywall, re-plumbed the bath and created a beautiful walk in shower. Kris and his team work hard to minimize the impact on the homeowner. We were living in the house the whole time they were working on the master bath. Our lives were interrupted but as minimally as they could make it. We've done two projects with these folks and have been very happy with them. Main staff is: Denise- designer Harv - office manager Chris- scheduler and PM Mark - construction lead We redid our kitchen in 2016. This required a complete demolition, removal of walls and relocation of power and plumbing. In 2017 we called on them again to redo our master bath. Both projects presented challenges and were done while we were in the house. The team worked hard to make the process as painless as possible while fulfilling the visions we had for these projects. Get ready to be absolutely insulted by the employees! I've been to this place twice and can say I've experienced enough to leave an honest review of my time there. Firstly, the abrasive and downright offensive designer, Denise. Prepare to be treated extremely poorly by the woman in the showroom. Upon walking in, I was treated with smiles, but as I described my budget for my full kitchen remodel, I was met with incredible rudeness. The woman treated me like a joke since I wasn't willing to spend over $50k on my kitchen. As a business owner, my client facing employees should be inviting and provide a positive experience for my customers. I received the opposite and implore anyone reading this review to reconsider their options. Since this experience, I've met with a designer who visited my home and drew up multiple layout designs to meet my families vision for the main focal point in our home. He took the time to hear what I was looking for and spent many hours preparing a proposal I would be pleased with. If you've taken the time to read this review, please read the others. I must say that I was disappointed with the coordination of the parts, design, etc. I'm sorry if most of your customers are use to paying over $40,000 for a bathroom but I feel that I've paid way too much for this type of service. I captured basic things that should be caught way before it gets to a customer. We tried several times to get the project correct but it didn't work. As for me, this will be my last project with their team and I do not plan to recommend their services. read more

Featured Kitchen and Bath is an excellent company for remodeling projects in your home. They completely transformed out outdated master bathroom and turned into a serene retreat. They are courteous, professional, tidy with their nightly clean-ups and will answer any question or concern along the way. My husband and I used this design/build firm to help us take two "dream" bathroom projects from conception to completion. We could not be more pleased with both the process and result for each project.
