Had an absolutely horrible experience looking for solid hardwood floors here and ended up walking…read moreout after attempting to get help for 45 minutes. Two workers in the hardwood flooring area completely ignored us the whole 45 minutes we were there. We finally flagged down a 3rd person who attempted to help us. He warned us that he had only been working there for 3 weeks and would grab somebody if we had questions he couldn't answer. But as we asked questions, it became abundantly clear that he was content with making answers up instead of getting somebody who knew what they were talking about. He initially didn't know the difference between site-finished and pre-finished hardwood floor until we described it to him. He couldn't explain how to tell which floor options had bevels between the boards and at one point claimed that a specific example floor only "looked like it had bevels because it was hanging vertically for the display" (obviously a completely wrong answer as you could see the individual boards had bevels on them). At one point, he told us that if we wanted to a site-finish floor then we could install a pre-finished board, completely strip it, and then re-finish it with the finish we wanted. I understand he was new but he never once actually went to get anyone else and confidently stood by all of his answer. He should NOT have been interacting with customers on his own as he clearly had no idea what he was talking about. And the cherry on top is that this whole conversation occurred within earshot of two other employees who never once offered their input, help, or correction. The complete lack of customer service and flooring knowledge is unacceptable and we will never be going back to this location or any other.

Honestly just don't…read more From day one I had issues but was made out to believe my kitchen would be done before July 2024. My cabinets were left outside for the installer to bring into the designated area of my house. It down poured all weekend and the company tried telling me that my warranty would be voided. There was cracks in doors, one ENTIRE cabinet is the wrong shade but they tell me it's just my lighting. The designer didn't take into account my ceiling lights and I trusted a professional but when the installer went to install a floor length cabinet the light was going to be covered by the cabinet and he had to cut into my ceiling and pull the light forward so the cabinet would fit. That's an expense I have to foot to find someone to replace, patch, texture and paint my entire ceiling to match the original ceiling color. I choose Nantucket Bluff and a Pewter. The wood is so soft there is dings all over it, that's "normal wear & tear" even though the finish date wasn't until after Nov for me to have a fully functioning kitchen. The paint chips, it peels off, again it's normal wear & tear and I can use the paint sticks to fix it. These are cabinets are something a slum lord wouldn't even place in their rentals.

They could condense the numerous large picture aisles to maybe 3 aisles and use one for kids stuff. Just a suggestion. So much wasted space in the picture aisle. It also filled the back wall. I needed my 80 year old basement garage floor epoxied. I had a bunch of companies provide quotes…read more Some actually provided quotes without even coming out and inspecting my garage. I didn't trust these quotes at all since I knew my old garage floor was not in great shape. Obed showed great knowledge with epoxying floors. He pointed out a bunch of cracks and pits that would need to be opened up and filled. My garage also had something strange where someone had extended the footing with additional concrete. This caused extra concrete ledges around my entire footing. Obed said he could address all of it. I also needed trim installed and he said he could do that as well. Even with the trim install, his quote came out competitive with the other quotes. Obed did an amazing job with the garage floor epoxy and the trim work. I was very impressed with the end result. I know he went above and beyond to take additional time to fix issues so that the end result would be good. For example, we agreed to have one small part of the extra concrete ground down so the floor would be flat. As they were prepping the other extra concrete for epoxy, the concrete actually started cracking and falling off. Without charging me extra, they also removed this extra concrete so the end result was an entirely flat floor without any additional concrete ledges. After grinding the floor, Obed realized that it would best to level the floor. Again, without an additional charge, he leveled the floor. He also filled in a bunch of concrete holes and voids on the concrete step by the door leading into the house. When installing the trim, they took the time to specially contour the bottom of the trim to match the many dips in my old garage floor. While leveling did help with the dips, my garage floor just had some extreme dips. In the end, I was beyond happy with the end result. I originally hired him to epoxy my floor, but he ended up fixing so many different things and made the entire garage better because of it.
