They could condense the numerous large picture aisles to maybe 3 aisles and use one for kids stuff. Just a suggestion. So much wasted space in the picture aisle. It also filled the back wall. We have been looking for a large picture for above our bed. The store seemed really clean and organized. The staff were also really friendly at check out. We love coming to this location especially since the Chick-fil-A opened in the parking lot. And the prices are good.

Had an absolutely horrible experience looking for solid hardwood floors here and ended up walking…read moreout after attempting to get help for 45 minutes. Two workers in the hardwood flooring area completely ignored us the whole 45 minutes we were there. We finally flagged down a 3rd person who attempted to help us. He warned us that he had only been working there for 3 weeks and would grab somebody if we had questions he couldn't answer. But as we asked questions, it became abundantly clear that he was content with making answers up instead of getting somebody who knew what they were talking about. He initially didn't know the difference between site-finished and pre-finished hardwood floor until we described it to him. He couldn't explain how to tell which floor options had bevels between the boards and at one point claimed that a specific example floor only "looked like it had bevels because it was hanging vertically for the display" (obviously a completely wrong answer as you could see the individual boards had bevels on them). At one point, he told us that if we wanted to a site-finish floor then we could install a pre-finished board, completely strip it, and then re-finish it with the finish we wanted. I understand he was new but he never once actually went to get anyone else and confidently stood by all of his answer. He should NOT have been interacting with customers on his own as he clearly had no idea what he was talking about. And the cherry on top is that this whole conversation occurred within earshot of two other employees who never once offered their input, help, or correction. The complete lack of customer service and flooring knowledge is unacceptable and we will never be going back to this location or any other.

For such a good sized condo, the kitchen is a small galley and bent in an odd angle half way through it. No one seemed to be able to work out a design that kept the architectural beauty of the rest of the main floor yet also addressed the many issues with the kitchen. Then the pandemic arrived and we put everything on hold. Last winter we hired Featured Kitchens and Bath to do a design and possibly do the remodel for us. Denise , their designer, worked through a variety of back and forth changes with us until we finally thought we had a design we really liked. At that point we contracted with them to do the renovation. We are so glad we did. Kris and his team are honest craftsmen and do beautiful work. From start to finish they took care to insure we were happy with the results. In the end, we couldn't be happier with what was done. We highly recommend Featured Kitchen and Bath. This is a quality business.

We just completed a remodel/redecorate of our laundry room and a powder room. Denise is very good…read morewith ideas for the design. She visited our home multiple times and helped us define our vision. We liked their proposal and contracted with them. During demolition a water pipe broke in the powder room, flooding the hardwood floor. Featured Kitchen and Bath replaced the floor at no additional cost to us. We went to Kauai for two weeks, leaving them access to our home. They are very reliable and trustworthy. The job is now done and exceeds our expectations. Featured Kitchen and Bath uses quality subcontractors. Their designs use quality brands and good materials. This is the second remodel Featured Kitchen and Bath have completed for us. A few years ago they designed and remodeled our master bath. We tore the master bath back to bare drywall, re-plumbed the bath and created a beautiful walk in shower. Kris and his team work hard to minimize the impact on the homeowner. We were living in the house the whole time they were working on the master bath. Our lives were interrupted but as minimally as they could make it. We know two other homeowners in our development who have used Featured Kitchen and Bath, both are pleased with their work. We don't think you can go wrong with Featured Kitchen and Bath.

This company was recommended to me by a friend…read more I was in need of a full HVAC system. I had shopped a few vendors and I called United and asked for a quote. I was surprised that their quote was about 15% less than the best quote I had received. The quote was extremely detailed which I appreciated. I had a few questions and United answered them on the spot. The United team arrived as scheduled. I was a rainy day and they were going to need to move significant amounts of hardware over a muddy back yard. Within a few hours I had a fabulous HVAC system installed and everything is working as needed. It's a fabulous system. They even went out of their way to leave the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. I appreciated that.

His crew was fast too, and during the demolition threw our old toilet into their truck, cracking it before he could tell them we wanted to keep it. He paid for a new toilet without any argument. Because he is in high demand he was working on several projects at the same time so was delayed a few hours or had to reschedule on two of the five days he came to our house.

Then he kept asking for more money, saying work would have to stop,if we didn't pay. We were desperate so we paid. Francisco is a good talker. He takes your money, does horrible work that's costs damages and re-work, and does not complete the job. He is a liar. Our family lost tens of thousands from him. License is suspended and multi0le lawsuits against him. Not license or bonded. Seems nice and says he goes to church but he's ruthless and a money stealer.

I wanted to find a great tiler…read morebecause I had a lot of tile work that needed to be done on our remodel and some of the tile had uneven edges and the kitchen tile had different shapes, so I needed someone who knew how to tile more than just basic tile. I asked an employee of the tile store if she knew of a great tile person and she immediately recommended Ivan. In fact, she told me that he was about to start a project on her house, so she really meant it. I called Ivan and he responded quickly. I immediately sensed that he knew what he was talking about and took great pride in his work which was important to me. Ivan and Sergei, who is also absolutely experienced and incredible, could not have done a better job! The tile was layed out perfectly, the grout lines are perfect and they cut the tiles so the pattern looks amazing throughout. Check out the photo I attached of the corner wall in my kitchen. The large fireplace really needed people with extensive expertise because it turned out that unbeknownst to me, those tiles also were not exactly even. Before this project, I hadn't realized that a lot of tiles aren't the same exact size even if you think they are, so you need someone who really knows how to handle that. Ivan and Sergei spent a lot of time with a laser light pointer to make sure everything lined up perfectly and the end result is fantastic! The fireplace with the little tiles was also challenging because the little tiles kept coming off the mesh backing they came on. Ivan figured out how to make them stick on their backing prior to applying them and the end result is perfect. They also did our bathroom for us including a glass shower nook and that too, came out perfect. In addition to all that, everyone at I & E is extremely professional, timely, great at communicating and friendly. They take great pride in their work and it shows. I'm very grateful for the amazing job they did. You won't be sorry if you hire them!

Hired I&E as a subcontractor to tile a shower. After 1 year the shower pan leaked through the…read morefloor and into the basement through the light fixture. I called Ivan, and he said he only has a 1 year warranty. We removed the shower pan tile and found he did not do proper water proofing and it leaked through the corner of the shower. Now I cannot ahold of him. How can you trust this company when there is no store to find them at and they don't return your calls. I'm now stuck with a demolished, leaking shower. Stay away from this company!
