Initially, a helpful lady at ProGranite Surfaces described where to see the slabs and even made recommendations on which warehouse to visit. We selected three stunning quartzite slabs, and my wife returned to ProGranite Surfaces LLC with the paperwork to discuss our choice and get a quote. Unfortunately, our experience there was disappointing. The customer service representative not only overpriced the stone--quoting us an astonishing $80,000 including installation--but also treated my wife in a manner that was far from professional or courteous. He made assumptions without proper communication and did not demonstrate the level of respect we expected. While I don't blame the company as a whole, it's clear that individual actions can deeply impact a business's reputation. I hope the management pays attention to who represents their company on the front lines. Feeling discouraged, my wife turned to Google and found Custom Touch Granite LLC. After booking my appointment weeks in advance (he couldn't get me in sooner than that?), he was a COMPLETE NO-SHOW. Apparently, even my texting him earlier on the same day of that first missed appointment didn't make him realize that we had an appointment that day. After he didn't show, I called him, & he rescheduled for the very next day (why did it take him weeks to get me in before?). And then he canceled the SECOND appointment an hour or two before the appointment window was ending, so effectively, a no-show 2 days in a row. (I had taken 2 days off work for him.) He told me he "didn't do" the floor repairs I needed an estimate of, though he had scheduled me for exactly that in the first place, & prior to the FIRST missed appointment, he already had photos of my flooring. Then he never texted back after just telling me he wouldn't help me. His communication was consistently slow or absent. One of the worst parts was that when I wrote a complaint about him on Yelp, he had the nerve to reply & say he had never heard of me & that we had never done business together, not realizing I've got ALL the receipts--incoming & outgoing phone calls to his phone number, and texts showing exactly what he said to me & when he said it--he even signed his name to those texts. When I called him out on his outright lies, telling him I could prove it, he literally immediately deleted & rewrote his reply to me to be all sweet and apologetic, which REPLACED the answer where he basically called me a liar & said he had no idea who I was and that we had never been in contact. If i could give Olek and his crew 10 stars i would. His crew does excellent work and pay attention to detail. They are prompt, courteous and on time. They are honest in their pricing and never upcharge. My only hesitation in writing this review is my concern that, because of all the excellent reviews City Bee will get to busy for me. HIRE them. You won't regret it. I feel so lucky to have found them. And, after completing multiple projects at my home, there is not a single negative thing i can say about them.

What an amazing experience we had with City Bee Deck & Railing! I had originally planned to go with…read morea different company that gave me an estimate a year ago but I decided to get one more quote and stumbled upon City Bee. I'm so glad I did! Not only did they install a beautiful custom made railing on my interior stairs and the bridge that connects both sides of my upstairs, they also coordinated with their subcontractor, Prymych Home Services, to replace my carpeting with LVP flooring. City Bee ran both the railing and flooring projects so I had one quote, one contract and one project manager. Their price was very competitive, they did high quality work, and they finished in a timely manner. Oleksandr, the owner, project managed everything and made himself available all throughout the project. He was very responsive to all my questions and provided thorough answers so I could understand the technical aspects of the work. And when I wanted a couple of small changes they were accommodated cheerfully without impacting the project timeline. I highly recommend City Bee and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
