UPDATE 11 JUNE 2020: I've changed my mind about Sunbelt Rental in Poulsbo, WA. Two months later,…read moretoday, Todd called me to tell me he refunded my entire fee for the miserable experience I had with the brush mowers. He apologized and explained that they are aware of some bumps from the transition and that he hoped I would come back for future equipment rental needs. I am impressed. It's hard to find businesses these days that stand behind their services and admit a mistake when they make one. Sunbelt is back on my list of places to rent from. Thank you Todd!

Not overbearing and looking for a commission. Just genuine people providing genuine help. And it really shines! Second, I challenge anyone to say they CAN'T find something here. If you know what you need, then the staff is readily available to help you to find it and get you in the right direction. If they don't have it, they will STILL point you in the right direction. Or order it! Summary, great group of people and screw the big box retailers! Support local!

Super friendly and engaging customer support. The folks at work here really do seem to care. Another thing I love are the random cool things that you can purchase, like gift cards, and various trinkets. That they have those things has helped me grab some last-minute birthday and other holiday items for friends when I would have completely forgotten the special day. It is a nice neighborhood hardware store that serves its basic purpose and much more.

We bought three large loads of three quarter minus rock to have our driveway redone. The base was…read morein pretty good shape, but we needed rock because it had been a number of years since we had that done. The rock was delivered by a contracted driver named Pat (male driver), who drove a huge near-new truck and did a fantastic job of slowly spreading the rock where we needed it, including in a few tight quarters. He continually checked with us to insure we were getting the rock where we wanted it. Pat did a fantastic job! A few days prior, we drove out to the quarry office and talked with Cristal, who explained the whole process and had us follow a couple of employees out to actually see the rock we'd be getting. Cristal was seriously easy to work with. It was a pleasure doing business with her. We had called three other companies for quotes and Kitsap Quarry was half what the others were charging. We'd be happy to do business with Kitsap Quarry again!

From day one, she listened, had ideas and gave me great options making my projects more interesting. The encouragement and support she provided, along with the in depth project knowledge gives you such assurance that you have come to the right place. The fellows that lay carpet, Ernesto and A J, are so very pleasant, and fast!! They get the work done very quickly. Adam is the flooring guru, and is a master of older homes' "hiccups". He works little miracles. Sierra and Rachel in the office keep everyone on track, and the wheels spinning. Before my project begins, I am given the bid, sometimes there is a little wiggle, sometimes not, depending on additional ideas. I have always thought the price to be a great value. When my refrigerater hose line broke over Labor Day, about 4 months after my new floors had been installed- CAROLYN was my first call- then the insurance company. She was great. It has been my experience, that it is rare to find a company that delivers such customer service from beginning to end- and even after, but I truly found it with CAROLYN, and ALL FLOORS AND MORE. When the bright ideas strike, she will be the first call made. Sincerely, M. Thomas
