The whole process was great and we appreciate the quality work.

It wasn't until after they left and I was taking it all in that I found the dime sized chip behind the faucet. That made me look at everything more closely and I found little spots scattered here and there that were dull and not sealed like the rest of the countertop. It's not easy to see with the variation of color and all the swirls but it may affect the countertop in the future. I signed that form stating everything was fine so I will have to live with it. I didn't know I had to ask to have holes drilled to anchor my dishwasher. You would think it was obvious since the screws were sticking out from my new dishwasher waiting to be anchored to my counter when they installed it. Every time I open the door to the dishwasher and pull out a rack the dishwasher tips forward then I have to lift it back in place, very annoying. It just reminds me why I'm not going back there to do my bathroom. I'll have my bathroom guys fix the kitchen issues. Don't forget to ask for your leftover piece of stone. I had about $1000 of granite leftover (3 slabs) They don't automatically give it to you if you don't ask. They sell it at full price. I had enough to make a side table the perfect height for kneading bread and sold the other 2 slabs. I'm glad the kitchen remodel is over. I'm looking forward to working with the staff at Works Granite and Stone. They have 5 stars and ratings say they are thorough and professional, so maybe this time will go more smoothly.

We then paid for survey measurings, engineering, soil testing, indemnity bond, Kitsap County traffic control and building permit issues. We shared with Logan the engineered and all other documents prepared at every step. We asked him to be involved in the process and review everything. He assured us all was good, but actually he did not pay adequate attention. When permits were issued he took our 50% deposit, and only then he started to really think about our project. Two months passed before he told us the project would cost at least 50% more. We still accepted the increased cost. A month later he dropped our project at all, as he realized the cost would be more than twice higher than his estimate. Yet he took $4400 from our deposit because he said he spent time for discussions and site visits. He did nothing useful for us, just wasted more than a year of time and multiple thousands $$$ that we paid for surveys, engineering, permitting and *his discussions.* This all resulted from his detached attitude at the start, when his full attention was anticipated. Shame...
