UPDATE 11 JUNE 2020: I've changed my mind about Sunbelt Rental in Poulsbo, WA. Two months later,…read moretoday, Todd called me to tell me he refunded my entire fee for the miserable experience I had with the brush mowers. He apologized and explained that they are aware of some bumps from the transition and that he hoped I would come back for future equipment rental needs. I am impressed. It's hard to find businesses these days that stand behind their services and admit a mistake when they make one. Sunbelt is back on my list of places to rent from. Thank you Todd!

Will never go back there and would recommend that no one else do so as well.very dissatisfied.

It wasn't until after they left and I was taking it all in that I found the dime sized chip behind the faucet. That made me look at everything more closely and I found little spots scattered here and there that were dull and not sealed like the rest of the countertop. It's not easy to see with the variation of color and all the swirls but it may affect the countertop in the future. I signed that form stating everything was fine so I will have to live with it. I didn't know I had to ask to have holes drilled to anchor my dishwasher. You would think it was obvious since the screws were sticking out from my new dishwasher waiting to be anchored to my counter when they installed it. Every time I open the door to the dishwasher and pull out a rack the dishwasher tips forward then I have to lift it back in place, very annoying. It just reminds me why I'm not going back there to do my bathroom. I'll have my bathroom guys fix the kitchen issues. Don't forget to ask for your leftover piece of stone. I had about $1000 of granite leftover (3 slabs) They don't automatically give it to you if you don't ask. They sell it at full price. I had enough to make a side table the perfect height for kneading bread and sold the other 2 slabs. I'm glad the kitchen remodel is over. I'm looking forward to working with the staff at Works Granite and Stone. They have 5 stars and ratings say they are thorough and professional, so maybe this time will go more smoothly.

We bought three large loads of three quarter minus rock to have our driveway redone. The base was…read morein pretty good shape, but we needed rock because it had been a number of years since we had that done. The rock was delivered by a contracted driver named Pat (male driver), who drove a huge near-new truck and did a fantastic job of slowly spreading the rock where we needed it, including in a few tight quarters. He continually checked with us to insure we were getting the rock where we wanted it. Pat did a fantastic job! A few days prior, we drove out to the quarry office and talked with Cristal, who explained the whole process and had us follow a couple of employees out to actually see the rock we'd be getting. Cristal was seriously easy to work with. It was a pleasure doing business with her. We had called three other companies for quotes and Kitsap Quarry was half what the others were charging. We'd be happy to do business with Kitsap Quarry again!

Shoomadoggie was recommended to us by contractors who were bidding to do our bathroom remodel. Our…read moregeneral contractor likes to use Shoomadoogie as his tile subcontractor. We had a specific type of marble tile in mind for our shower enclosure, and went to Shoomadoogie to inquire about it. Talked to Jennifer about it. She promised to find a supplier and contact us once she did. Never heard from her. Went to another tile place and they were able to identify a supplier for the tile we wanted. Emailed Jennifer with the name of the supplier. Never heard back from her. Then we decided to purchase tile through another supplier (half of what Shoomadoogie was quoting) and Shoomadoogie said they would not consider installing the tile since we didn't buy it from them. Even though we were willing to purchase floor tile from them, Jennifer wouldn't budge on that policy. We ended up going to Creative Countertops in Poulsbo, and they were happy to install our tile. I would strongly encourage anyone who is thinking of using Shoomadoogie for tile work to go to Creative Countertops instead.
