They carry brands the big box stores don't. I recently purchased a tankless Navien gas water heater- my third from this store. This is a top notch brand you will not find anywhere other than a supply house. Also, they have so many types of fittings and connections you wont see everywhere. Yes, you may have to pull a number and wait, but it's worth it. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help from my experience.

Within two weeks, voila! Eddy had my Waterstone suite. He even made a promise that if Waterstone couldn't deliver on time, he'd give me a suite to install so I could pass inspection. He would even send someone out there to help me replace it once Waterstone delivered. With how crazy renovations go--trying to coordinate various item arrivals and coaxing vendors to deliver--I can't imagine going with anyone else. I'd 100% go back to Eddy!
