Their price was the most reasonable for all comparable solutions. I heard scraping noises in the walls and ceiling. Evidence in the attic showed rat droppings and possible snake intrusion. They offered a solution that was a combination of sealing the holes in the attic and setting traps. After the initial week, they caught a huge rat. Some then (3 weeks later) no more pest issues!

There were 2 providers that serviced my area, "Ponder Pest Control (w/no reviews) & a bigger named company (with a lot of reviews & 4.5 rating). I requested information from both providers. Digging into each providers information individually, I noticed the "bigger named" company offered a 24 hour chat service! I reached out to them and they replied promptly. I was impressed with their immediate response and after a 10-15 minute chat, I was assured they would have someone follow up with me first thing in the morning. Well, I was confident that the "bigger named" company would be the one to reach out to me first and would ultimately get my business. I was wrong! Ben @Ponder Pest Control contacted me at 7:20am the following day! I requested an initial estimate and then if possible, service on the same day. He promptly responded and scheduled me for his next opening, at 11am, the same day. He was on time, extremely professional, knowledgeable & courteous. He didn't try to up-sale additional treatments that weren't required. He simply provided the service that was required to treat my issue. He scheduled me for 3 weeks out to follow up & offered to return should I need his service prior to the next appointment. They came back & checked everything weekly -- sometimes sooner -- and once sure all activity in the attic ceased, they thoroughly blocked all points of entry. The quote was more reasonable than 2 competitor bids. One major competitor showed us fake photos that were not from our attic! This company is honest & provide a warranty.
