Love Unique nails. Great service, great nails. I recommend making an appointment, they're always busy!

Some of the best nail work I have ever had done! Amazing customer service, you have a problem they will fix it! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

My usual place was closed so I came here. Only shop that was open at 9am on Sunday, perfect. Called, got in within a few minutes even though they were busy. Also, greatest massage EVER with the spa pedicure. I was so relaxed, and that was quite needed since I had bowled the night before. Wonderful nail polish selection and she painted my toes great. Thank you Paula!!! Really beautiful salon and great service. I will definitly be back here! read more

Lee is absolutely Amazing!!! He has been doing my pink/white acrylics off and on for about 15 years. They always come out amazing and I get compliments on my nails almost every day. Thank you!! read more

I went to this salon for the first time on a busy Saturday. I was a walk in and Lilly, the owner, took care of me right away. She did my fill-in and Elaine did my pedi. They both did an excellent job. My nails are gorgeous! The thing that I really appreciated was that while Lilly worked on my nails, she actually talked to me, asking questions about my life, my children, and showed a true personal interest in me! I was so impressed with that because the last salon I used the nail tech didn't speak one word to me, and texted on her phone the whole time she worked on me. Very rude. So, I will definitely be going back to this salon. Thank you Lilly and Elaine for such a nice job! read more

I was very pleased with my first visit. Elaine did my gel manicure and John did my pedicure. Both really paid attention to detail and I didn't feel rushed at all. I decided to try Unique after someone else recommended them whom has been coming for years...she specifically mentioned Julie but said they were all good. Julie is in high demand as she was completely booked when I called; however, she was very helpful when I arrived with picking colors. If the gel lasts 2 weeks, I will definitely be coming back. read more

After reading all the positive reviews I thought that this would be the place for me. Walked in it was packed, good sign right?? Not for me. I don't usually write bad reviews but my pedi was nothing short of disappointing. When I asked the woman to make my toe nails smooth rather then having sharp edges she seemed irritated mind you this is a $47 pedi with French tips. She cut my toenails again never buffed them my lines make my toenails look more crooked then her job on cutting them. I don't like to complain but I didn't want my toes to look this bad after all that's why we pay someone else to do them. I told her I'll pay you a good tip please can you fix them again she get upset and starts making the lines thicker me beginning to get irritated I told her it's fine thank you. In the end I still tipped her $10. Stupid. I know. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience then I did. I won't go back there EVER again. Look at my pinky nails especially. read more

I've only ever come for pedicures and they give the absolute best ones in the area. They are always so welcoming and friendly. Their salon is very clean and their pedicures are so relaxing. Definitely check it out! read more

Absolutely love how they do my nails here! Been going for over a year now, and all the ladies are so nice! I usually get acrylics done. Never a disappointment!! read more

I've been here a few times now and I have yet to be disappointed. My gel manicure from my first time lasted almost three full weeks. I have very brittle nails and usually only get a week and a half from a gel manicure. So over two weeks really impressed me to go back. I've had a different person each time and have never had a bad experience. I've even had some limited nail art done and it has turned out how I showed them. This has become my go-to place for all things pedicure and manicure! read more

I was very pleased with the way Kathy did my gel manicure today. She did exactly what I asked for and she was quick. The services at this salon are priced very well. I will definitely be returning. read more

To start off this place is easy to find and their hours and yelp reviews are why I decided to try it out. I have yet to find any other place in this area. I walked in a few minutes after opening, one person was there and I was greeted fast. I went for a pedi, gel mani and eye brow wax. They started the pedi water right away and got me seated.. This is where it went wrong, I could barley finish sitting down before one of the other ladies came over and grabbed my hands to examine them. She asked me what color I wanted (I already picked the color for my toes when I walked it) and she just went and got what she thought was best, I didn't even get to pick. Then she starts on my nails in the pedi chair... I guess to save time but it was so rushed and the most uncomfortable thing I've done!! I had to keep reaching over to have her do the other hand or put it in the heat lamp, my back was twisted the whole time, not to mention I'm 25 weeks pregnant and twisting like that was making it hard to breathe... The staff was fairly nice but hard to understand. I was not happy with how rushed I was! Also the pedi it's 18 dollars but add 5 bucks if you want the callus removal (never had a pedi where that wasn't included) no hot towels wrapped around the feet, quick massage (I feel lucky I got that!) Overall I will never go back nor suggest this place to anyone! Go somewhere else I you are wanting to actually feel relaxed while spending $70 on a mani and pedi!! read more

Spent $45 on a half ass pedi. Did gel nail Had it done last time. When the lady was taking off my nail polish she was using a nail file and scrubbing off each of my toes polish and cutting into my skin.. I hurt like hell, and she didn't seem to care. After she was done cutting up my feet she put cuticle remover on them and it burned like hell. Even in the water. After she was done My nail polish was not even on all my nail bed. My toe nails were crooked.. I've been going to this place many times in the last year. They don't seem to care anymore. All half ass Even when I get my nails done. Well done with them. They lost a good paying local costumer. Sat down once to get my fill and I was moved 3 times for someone to finish my nails‼ Don't waste your time and money. Many other places read more

First timer and I had a great experience . My friend has been going here since high school and I thought I would tag along this time . I didn't have high expectations because I'm super picky about my nails and usually end up not loving them . But I love them ! Chi did them and I'll definitely be coming back to her ! read more

So I went in and wasn't greeted I had to wait over 35+ mins to finally get seated. All I needed was 1 nail fixed and she finally sat me down but was rude and no welcoming only to inform me they didn't have my color. Why they made me wait I don't know why they where rude who knows as well all I can say is don't go here !!! bad costumer service cleanliness not to par either I would stay away read more

Love unique nails!!!! They do an excellent job and don't rush on your nails. They are also friendly and care about what you want.

I have been coming here for a really really long time but lately my nails have been a hit or miss, its disappointing. Recently I had lily do my nails and that's usually not the case because shes always busy anyhow she did a very very poor job the two times she did my nails, I asked for a certain shape and it was totally opposite and she was very rushed and annoyed both times. I went in for a fill one week later because my nails looked so bad and Lee was able to do it; he looked at my nails and with raised eyebrows asked "you got these done here?" I said yup nail tech behind me. Tells you a lot. Recently called on a Wednesday set appointment for 1pm for fill arrived 5 minutes before i went on my hour lunch because i know it doesn't take too long usually anyway, walked in was ignored for 10 minutes (figured I look for polish right next to their desks meanwhile) LEE finally asked what I came in for sat longer and I wasn't sat down until 1: 30 pm! Mind you 5 people walked in to get pedicures with no appointments and were taken right away, then another group of people for the same thing and again were sat right away (all pedicure chairs were full). 1: 30 pm was finally sat down the women claimed they only had 4 nail techs who knew acrylics this is why the other employees took the pedicure walk ins first..... for as long as I have been coming here I know that there must have been at least 2 women who have done my acrylics before who were sitting doing pedicures. and Yes I understand these places can get very busy, but maybe you should have more acrylic nail technicians available when certain events are going to take place (graduations, prom and holidays) and or a better system for appointments. read more

I absolutely love the job that they do every time I get a full set or a fill. The staff is sweet and always try their hardest to give you what you ask for. MY ONLY COMPLAINT... When a lady is not with a client, they are always eating. Last time I was in there, one of the ladies was eating corn on the cob. Today when I was in there I was sitting at one of the back tables and I had a worker to my right eating a caesar salad, another lady on my right eating her Starbucks drink with a spoon (thoroughly enjoying her ice cubes), and four ladies to my left eating watermelon and cherries. I understand it was lunch time and I get that you're hungry, but it just seem unprofessional to me.. read more

Hands down, the best nail salon I have been to and let me tell you, I've been to many! Every time I go In I can guarantee that I will walk out not only with incredibly done nails, but not forking out an arm and a leg! This is the only place I trust to give me nails I love and that last and are completely sanitary! After a horrible experience elsewhere, which resulted in an infection due to technician error, the technicians at Unique Nails were able to give me acrylics that hold up to my active lifestyle and have helped my nails become healthier believe it or not. Being that I am an active softball player, there have been instances where the ball had gotten the best of my hand and broke my nail or my finger got caught in a bowling ball resulting in a clean break on my birthday but I walked in and Lily, Julie, and Lee have all repaired my breaks, free of charge! Talk about exceptional customer service!! I have never had an issue since switching to unique nails.I can easily go a month before needing to go back! They are very accommodating and are some of the friendliest people I have met! If you are looking for a good salon, Unique Nails is the way to go! 10/10 recommend read more

My husband happened to be in that mall earlier this evening. In a spur of the moment decision, we decided we should get pedicures to kick off our mini vacation. As we walked up, it was about 7:15, and we saw on the sign that they closed at 7. So, not wanting to be rude, we turned around and left. We hadn't gotten too far away, and one of the employees called out asking if we needed anything. We said we wanted pedicures, but that we didn't want to bother them, since technically they were closed. The woman told us it would be no problem, and we got our pedicures. We really appreciated that they stayed longer just to help us. read more

This is usually my go to place to get my nails done but today when I went I got an awful nail fix. I walked in and asked for a pedicure and full set and there was no wait which was amazing! So to begin it didn't start off so bad I got a wonderful pedicure and I have no complaints about that but once I sat down for my full set that's where everything spiraled down. So to begin I showed a picture of what I wanted and usually when I do this its always spot on. So as I'm getting the powder put on, my technician misses the whole side of my pinky nail and if I didn't say anything at the end she would've continued on going with the side still missing. So follow on with the powder, she then uses the excess powder goop that they usually just wipe off on the napkin back on my nail and then makes dents on my nails and so they appear uneven. Once she finished the powder she went in with the tools and did that process. I had to keep asking her to file down the bumps and places that were uneven - they didn't get fixed. During one of the tools she accidentally cut me, not once, but twice. After all that she switched with another technician to do the paint. The paint was chunky and there was blotches from not enough coats. Overall I am not happy with my visit today and I am taking this set off as soon as I get home. read more

What a unprofessional place! doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have been going here for several years ONLY because of my nail tech Paula. I always make appointments, on several occasions they make me wait for 10 to 20 min the last time I walked in 5 min before my appt. my tech was just starting a full set. Owner Lilly said Paula will be with you. they were seriously going to make me wait for 45 min. Owner's are rude! they talk and laugh about clients, I will never go back! I suggest no one does! read more

after seeing all the good reviews i was excited to go, but this has been by far the worst place i've gone to yet. i asked for coffin shaped nails & they turned out very lumpy, thick, & extremely crooked. i'm usually fine when one is crooked, but when half of them are, that's a different story. i would have asked for them to fix it, but i didn't have the time. on the up side, everyone was super friendly & welcoming. read more

Very kind staff, horrible manicure! First off, it was not relaxing, it was a bit painful, I've never experienced a manicure that was painful before. The polish ended up with a ton of air bubbles, looked VERY sloppy, and started to chip off the next morning, pretty sure the polish was old. Around the corner from my house, but I'd rather drive across town to Pro-Files. read more

always enjoy my spa pedicure at unique nails. I haven't been disappointed yet! I love that the girls remember me. They're all so friendly.

I have been looking for a place to get a nice pedicure. Unique Nails & Spa is not the place. I had an appointment and I still waited 15 minutes before being seen. The lady cut me and it took a bit for my toe to stop bleeding. Their choice of nail polish colors was limited so I asked for a French tip. This was the worst French tip I have ever had. Additionally, the lady rushed and it felt like she had something else to do. Don't waste your time or money coming to this nail shop. My hunt for a nice place continues. read more
