I want to cry. Do not get your eyebrows done here. I asked for them to tweeze and the next thing you know I felt hot wax on my face!! Anyone else notice I'm missing half an eyebrow? And now I'm bawling... seriously. read more

After my regular nail place closed down I spent the last 2 years looking for a good one. I stumbled in here one Saturday a few months ago and never looked back! You can tell they are a quality place when all customers are returning customers and they know everyone by name. It may be small, but very decent prices and quality work. Highly recommend! read more

This place was packed when I came in on a sat but they still managed to see me in under 15 min. I had Paula do my pedi and full set ..... It's the best service I have had in temecula. I will definitely be going back! read more

Great place! The staff is beyond friendly and kind. I got there a little after 9am on a Friday and by 10am it was busy. They keep it fully staffed and honestly from being my first first visit there the staff didn't think anyone waited more than 10min before being seated for their services. I will be going back again and ask for Van( not sure if I am spelling it right) but she did a great job on my pedicure and I had a great conversation with her. read more

I went for a manicure and pedicure a few weeks ago. I wanted to really think about this review before writing it. The ambience was nice, you could tell the people enjoyed working there and the customers liked the staff. They new each other and it felt very homie. Pedicure: - I asked her to cut the nails round, she cut them square. - she cut my big toe nail in a way that it will stick inside my skin, square and sharp - she didn't apply a top coat until she finished everything, removed the stuff that goes in between your toes and then put on the top coat. This is a disaster waiting to happen. Who does that? Really? Why would you wait till the end to put the top coat? So I can take off and mess up my nails? Rude. - also, she didn't bother finishing up by removing the extra polish on the side of my nails Manicure - I asked her for round nails, she made them square and nasty - I kept asking her to use less nail polish because it was heavy and it would take forever to dry. It was my nail polish. A highly pigmented and think one from trust fund beauty. She used a ton.fourty minutes later while I was driving I messed it up. - I asked her to take some of the polish from my skin. She only took it off from one. I was on my way to the airport for a business trip. I ended up going with really nasty fingers. Mind you my nails were long and I asked her to cut them short and round. She couldn't have done a worst job all the way around, and made me waste two hours. I will never go back to this place. Update my coworker told me the lady who helped me only works there part time, and never to have her help me again. That her and her daughters had terrible experiences with her as well. read more

Four of us came in for pedicures and they were able to get us in the spa chairs right away. They had enough people to do us all at the same time, which was really nice. All ladies were very sweet--they didn't push us to upgrade our pedicures like you sometimes find at other salons. One lady in particular, who seemed like the owner, went out of her way to make touch-ups to my pedicure before I left. She was putting on my sandals and felt like I needed another layer of polish, since the color I chose was very light (minty green) and did it right there next to the exit (the other lady who did my pedicure was already working on someone else). I didn't think the original job was bad, actually, but when the owner added another layer and added a clear coat of glitter, it looked 10 times better! I really appreciated that she went out of her way to make sure it looked good. The only downside is that the spa chairs were pretty outdated and the massage part of it was a little weak. However, I would definitely come back here again. read more

Very happy with pedicures at this salon! I ALWAYS get gel on my toes and it lasts for minimum 2 months! Also they have a large selection of gel colors that are good brands like OPI (no off brands that chip) read more

literally the worst gel manicure and pedicure i've ever had!! the paint job is completely uneven and patchy, the technician did not do any clean up around my nails. she rushed through the whole thing even though they weren't even closed yet. they close at 7.. it was about 640 and i was the only customer left. 2 other workers were just standing there waiting with keys in their hand waiting for my technician to finish so they could all leave????? she took like 2 seconds to quickly swipe on a shitty layer of paint on each nail and it was all $68. also painted over the cuticles on my toes so it looks horrible. do not come here!! read more

Never have a problem here! Owners Lily and Lee are very accommodating and will make sure you are taken care of quickly, even without an appointment. I have been coming here for several years and this is the only place I go to for a fill, pedicure and eyebrow wax. Staff is friendly and pricing is reasonable. The owners work very hard to make their customers happy. read more

The worst pedicure I ever got- my feet feel like rough sandpaper. No leg massage - a quick rub with a low quality oil mixed with a cheap lotion. The worst part is she cut the sides of my nails and now my toes are sore! I'm so afraid they will get worse. I'm going to another salon tomorrow to get a real one and I'm so angry. They are wonderful people!! The place was very clean today!! Everything was perfect! My nails look wonderful!! Highly recommend unique nails to anyone!! the place looked great they were all very professional to make sure that my nails were properly corrected. it was spotless clean, I will definitely be going back!!! After giving them a chance many times my nails started lifting each time I went after only three days of getting my nails done. Today was not a planned day to be at the nail salon! Sometimes you need to get out and just be tended to. I always know that little place is ideal when your in need for some pampering I can always count on Unique Nail to be the remedy. Also found out a fun fact!!!! As I heard the lady's having conversations. Found this out...if you're on birth control and are taking antibiotics. you could possibly get pregnant. So be careful. Go get pampered!!! Ask for trish and lee :-) read more

I called this place at around 5pm yesterday, a sunday, they say they would take me right in, and they did, picked my color and they started my gel polish removal right away, unfortunately i did get the name of the lady that did my nails, she did a good job getting what i asked for... The only reason i took a star is because someone was smoking in the back, probably outside, but still, all the stench was disgusting.. The price was i think average $32 for a gel manicure with an accent nail read more

I've been quite disappointed with the selection of Nail Salons over the past 2 years in the temecula Murrieta area. Wash nail technician promises great work every time. Unfortunately I have had a run of bad experiences. However, today...was wonderful! I got the full treatment. I was never rushed nor was the technician rough with my feet. The massage was fantastic and the polish job (french tip with a purple flower) was amazing! I wouldnt recommend another nail shop after the nail session I experienced today. By far the best in town and I look forward to coming back and enjoying the same experience! read more

My middle nail looks like its pointed up the nails are all different thickness levels. $55 dollars and im going to have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I should have know when a full set took less than 45 minutes. On a good note they were friendly but wouldn't recommend anyone getting their nails done here read more

Today I went back to Unique Nails after a few months of trying salons closer to my home. Elaine does an amazing and meticulous job, really paying attention to detail and making sure her work looks good. I visited Unique Nails after moving to Temecula in August, but we moved in November to Murrieta, and I decided to give the places near me a try. They were okay, but I noticed the manicures, even with the gel/shellac on didn't last as long as they did when Elaine would do my nails. So I'm back and I'm committed to giving Unique Nails and Elaine my future business. read more

I've been coming to Unique nails for awhile now and feel like I can finally leave an accurate review. First and foremost, Kathy who does my nails never lets me down. She is consistent and my nails (gel) last 2 weeks or more (definitely could last longer if I didn't get tired of the length). Every time she removes the gel, my nails feel strong and every time she puts gel on they are mostly even in thickness and she makes sure that there is no 'speed bump' near my cuticle. I have seen some other girls there, but no one gets it done better than Kathy. Their prices are fair, but when I had gel put on my toes (for vacation), they charged me $5 to remove it when I came back for a regular pedi. Had I known I probably would have removed it myself before I went. That up charge meant that I couldn't upgrade my pedi like I had wanted. Lastly, I love to tip for a job well done, but I never carry cash and they only accept cash for tips. I have to be on top of my game to remember otherwise you'll catch me at cvs before hand buying something unnecessary just to have money to tip. I really love this nail place, everyone is friendly and they do their best to get you in. I like to call ahead of time to make sure I can be see by Kathy, but same day call is usually enough. read more

They get worse every time I come here thinking it'll be better but no. Continue to give me the lady I don't like, which she made my toe bleed, didn't even clean my legs all the way, her massage was half ass too busy talking the whole time and still left dry cuticle all around my toes. I'm better off spending my money else where instead of spending 50-120 here. I'm tired of people getting paid for doing a half ass job when they should know how to do their job thoroughly and make sure the customer doesn't have any complaints. I should walk out of there happy and not disgusted to look at my toes. read more

My cousin and I went here on a Saturday afternoon and were pleased to have been served promptly after calling in just minutes before. I will never return!! Me and a few friends decided to try the place and it wasn't the best experience for sure. The manicures are all right, but the pedicures are awful. The lady pressured me to choose a color and since this place only has the bottles on the wall that are old and dried up, it took me a second to look at the colors. I picked one up to look at the color and she snatched it out of my hand and decided that color for me. I had to tell her many times I didn't want that color and when she started the pedicure no one in my group thought they did a good job. They didn't put any effort into scrubbing the dead skin away and my lady only attempted ONE FOOT. She was so busy into gossiping extremely loud the whole time she didn't even listen when I was trying to get her attention to ask her to scrub more. read more

I took my 10 year old daughter here for a pedicure for the two of us. Being a busy mom of 3 this was a special treat. My daughter's pedicure lasted 10 minutes top and was $20. My pedicure was PAINFUL!!! The lady would dig the metal tool under and on the side of my toes SOOOO hard I almost yelled out in pain, and I have a high pain tolerance. She also cut up the entire bottom of my right foot when she was scrubbing it to remove calluses. I have never ever had this happen before. I had a hard time sleeping that night because of how bad the cuts hurt and were stinging. It looks like I was attacked by a cat! No massage at all, just rubbed on some lotion real quick. $33 for mine. Worst $63 all together that I have ever spent (that's including tip). Both my daughter and my polish started chipping off our toes next day. read more
