It was an awkward round window and I took a photo and sent it to Perkins via email, they responded quickly and professionally. When I finally got the window ready to replace, I took it in and was impressed with offices and staff (Lizbeth is a rockstar!). I could see that they do big commercial jobs and that us do it your selfers aren't the priority. But, I felt like I got the same great service and was very pleased with the pricing and service. You need to bring in your glass and install yourself, but Perkins can give you some great guidance and I had very quick service. Highly recommend, hope I don't need you guys too soon! Rather than tell you why you should never use them, I'll just give you the timeline:…read more 3/23/25 - I ask how long it would take to put obscure glass in 4 small cabinet doors, and they say it is normally the same day. 4/24/25 (Thursday) - I'm ready for the work, so I call to confirm and they say, actually, it will be ready Friday. No big deal, I drop them off and plan to send a courier to pick them up. , 4/25/25 (Friday) - Courier picks them up, brings them back to me, and as soon as I open the package I can see all sorts of problems - spots in the glass, silicone caulk leaking over the glass, etc. I tried thoroughly cleaning, to no avail. I call them, and they say, "Okay, bring it back." (No apology at all.) I say, "You should pay for the courier", and they refuse. Fine, whatever, I need this done, so I pay for it. They say it should be ready Monday. 4/28-5/2/25 (Monday-Friday) - Every day I call, and every day they say it isn't done, and that there's someone out sick, that the guys who do this work in the shop are usually out on jobs and can only do it first thing in the morning, that the dog ate their homework, that there's no manager I can talk to, etc. Finally, I gave up and sent yet another courier to pick them up. I'll have to remove the last bits of silicone myself. I asked why they committed to doing the work in a timely fashion if they can't really do it, and they said "this is timely" (!). I told them that I'd be posting a review on Yelp and Google, and they said that was very unfair of me. You decide. Attaching photos of a couple of the original defects.

We left that place after wasting an hour going around in circles with the staff and had only 15 minutes before we had to head back home for an appointment. Since we HAD to have things picked out on that day, we yelped nearby places and found BK C&G. We walked in, found the exact same materials we had wanted at the previous place, asked for a quote, which they provided to us in less than 1 minute, and it was less than 1/3 what the other place had quoted us. Also, they could have everything ready within a week (the other place told us it would take several weeks to ship from China...and that shipping would cost several hundred $$$ in addition). Best Kitchen Cabinet and Granite was straightforward about pricing and easy to work with (we ordered over email/phone). We had our contractor install so I can't speak to that service, but everything fits perfectly.
