No matter when, or where, I go, the item I want is out of stock in the size I need. I really am drawn to their novelty tees. Each time I am in here I always check them out in hopes to find one to add to my rotation. This stop they had a bunch that I liked, but after searching through everything there, not in my size, as I mentioned above. The selection of other items is great here, but not always what I'm looking for. If I wanted single color matching outfits, this is a great place to pick that up. However, that was not what I was in the mood for this time. Would definitely stop back in here if I am in the area again, but with more and more of these popping up there are locations closer to me.

I finally was able to visit and it was quite insane!! I had vivid memories of the teen/adult clothing stores that were open decades ago at Dulles Town Center. It's like fast fashion meets Rave, Charlotte Russe and H&M. Great idea bringing this to a busy mall with a lot of foot traffic. They carry so many items at decent/affordable prices. I can see why it was so hyped up. Shoes, jeans, tops---for men, women and kids. There were also miscellaneous items such as water bottles, suitcases, home deco, etc. There were 2 whole floors of items!! I didn't purchase anything, but I did eye stuff for my next visit. I love the self-checkout section. There was a barcode scanner upon exit. They are located on the opposite side of the 3-floor section of the mall. There is an entrance from outside the mall as well as inside. Would I return? for sure

When I asked if i could confirm if the store had a suit in a certain size, the gentleman confirmed for me that they had it in stock but also offered to let me try it on to confirm fit and size. I told him that I really did not want to have them keep the store open beyond their hours. Phillip said I was in the store before it closed and there was no issue. He then took his time to help me find the right suit , letting me try different styles and sizes. I never felt rushed and he took his time in making sure I was able to make the right selection. I can't say enough about his professionalism and patience.

Am approaching AARP age, so these styles are for a younger bracket. Personally I'm not a fan, and I also think they are overpriced. Yet to each their own. Best time is sale time. Also they have polite and friendly employees, who are always helpful. If you're here you might as well stop in.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this Levi's location…read more My friend accidentally left her wallet in the dressing room and we returned about 20 minutes later to ask the manager and employees if anything had been turned in. It was not busy at all -- there was barely anyone in the store -- and we were told no one had found anything. We then went to security and were told to wait. When we returned to Levi's, a different employee suddenly asked, "Does it look rectangular shaped?" We had not described it at all. When we said yes, the employee responded, "I'll keep an eye out." That response made no sense -- how would they know what it looked like without us describing it? To make matters worse, they would not pull up the security footage when we asked. The whole situation felt dishonest and shady. The inconsistent answers, lack of urgency, and refusal to review cameras were extremely concerning. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling like the cash inside was likely taken. Very upsetting and not the level of integrity you would expect from a retail store.

This J.Crew Factory recently opened up at Pickett Shopping Center on Main Street which we're…read moreexcited about since it's much closer to us than other locations, and we love the styles/fashion and sales/prices. You're greeted when you walk in with a sales associate mentioning the deals, and asking if you need help with finding something. It's very clean and tidy in the store and well-lit. When we walked through the store to peruse the selection, there were a lot of cute button downs and of course now with spring/summer you have dresses, tees, shorts, etc. I also saw some office type clothes like a blazer which I'm now on the lookout for with my new role being essentially fully in-office no remote, so time to update my wardrobe. I ended up snagging the heart button down that was on clearance. They had a decent clearance section for women but I didn't see any for men or kids, just regular priced and/or sale items. I also saw nice accessories and adorable socks. The sales were ranging from 40-60% from what I remember, and when I walked into the store initially I also saw that passport members get $10 off an item when they sign up with email (free). Being in Pickett Shopping Center, there's a ton of parking and plenty of food, entertainment, retail options.

The selection is great, the store is well stocked and the service is outstanding. Stopped into this Under Armour Brand House location today in Tysons Corner.the first thing you will notice is how well stocked, organized and neat the store is. there was not one article are piece of clothing out of place are mismatched. As soon as I stepped into the store, I was greeted when by a sales associate who was eager to help me find what I needed and answer all my questions I the uniqueness of their customer service approach, and the fact that the layout is so well organized, made my customer experience outstanding. While there, I had the opportunity to try on some shoes and the sales associate was proactive bringing me several sizes and styles given the particular shoe size I needed. This enabled me to try on the shoe based on my foot, purpose/use and liking. Not to mention, there was a pair where my size was out of stock. This was no problem for the store. I was able to order the shoe product while in the store and have it shipped to my home.... At no extra cost and a two day delivery at that! In all, I left there a happy camper and with more items that I initially were seeking to buy ....go figure. lol. The shoes I bought and a few clothing items were perfect for my upcoming vacation and hiking excursion. Everything you need for any and most sport activity can be found here, under one roof. I highly recommend this location and most definitely will return based on my customer experience and the service provided alone. Bookmark this location and give them a try!

My friend told me about their puffer coat so I came on a Tuesday afternoon just to try them on. Daniella, the sales associate, suggested the supersnug fit which was shapelier on me and didn't make me look like the Michelin man. She was patient and helpful. I even commented that she reminded me of Khloe Kardashian and she informed me that several people have said that. I wanted the supersnug coat (classic length: hits between the hip to below the bum) in mocha, but they didn't have it in the store and it was sold out online. She wasn't sure when it would be available so suggested to check back in January. I did purchase the mid-length in black online. I hope it is warm as advertised. Only time will tell.
