Luckily, the Tysons location is just as great. The retail associates were all very helpful, and knew a lot about the brand itself and were always around to help customers find sizes, certain items, or answer questions. Although their customer service is inconsistent as sometimes I find that they can avoid eye contact and not help you out. This has happened to me a few times so far. I really like their spacious store, and how the display for the men and women's were very organized. On Black Friday, they were doing 30% off the entire store! This was too good a deal to miss out on so my bf and I stopped by and got some really nice sweaters and jackets. Boyfriend bought the wrong size and asked if they could hold a jacket for him with the correct size. They didn't have the size in stock. They took down his contact information and never called. We had to consistently show up to the store and look for ourselves to find the jacket. The last time we were there, we found the jacket with the size he was looking for....and like we expected they never called or anything. Though, their material for outerwear is extremely comfortable and warm. I love the style and the color combinations for the jackets. Not only do they specialize in coats and jackets, they also carry sports and workout gear as well as graphic t-shirts, and skirts and blouses for women.

She said something; I didn't hear her, and she rudely said "name". She brought out the item, asked if I wanted to try on, to which I replied "yes". The dress was in a size small. When I came out to the front of the store to ask her opinion, she confirmed the dress was too large on top. She did go to the rack and pulled out a medium, and when I said I had tried on the small, she said "we don't have any extra small". No offer to get from another store, which is fine, I stated I would look around. I didn't find anything for a party to my liking, and let her know I'd like to return the item. She replied that it "would be easier just to cancel the order". I asked if I would receive anything in store to confirm that, and she said "no, I don't have paperwork here and you'll see a credit". I was a little uneasy to leave without proof of a transaction, so I stayed to check my email and did in fact receive a cancellation notice. I left her know, she acknowledged with no further conversation. This woman was tall and skinny with reddish blonde hair with a British or some other sort of accent. I believe I have encountered her before at the store. Not a great look for a company shutting down stores. The best store was at Fairfax Corner, which you closed.

I want this store to be my closet! I was their fitting rooms to be my get away place to just relax and feel fab! The staff were very nice and welcomed me as soon as I walked in. If you're looking for cheap then this is NOT the store for you. They are very pricey but again you're paying for good quality! I'm giving them 4 stars because I didn't find anything today ;)

Long lines at fitting rooms (the teen staff decided only one section of the fitting room would be opened) and long lines at checkout. The checkout person (with lots of glitter in her hair) was quite curt - we only bought one item that was on clearance. Maybe Hollister is trying to be the Abercrombie of the 90s but with a twist? Anyway, a very mediocre experience for anyone over age 22 shopping here. I rather shop at Nordstrom but my kid doesn't want to!
