I've been into 3 different Uniqlo and this is by far my least favorite here in Los Angeles. Not only the mall itself is inconvenient for the shoppers. This particular Uniqlo is sadly low in customer service. You cannot find anyone on the sales floor to assist. One lady in the fitting room. And the rest are all in the front checkout just chillin' and chatting. They only have self checkout, one employee will asked what form of payment are you going to use. Then send you to one of their registers, you dump your clothing on this almost looking like a wood bucket. And it reads adds and total everything for you. Insert your payment, behind you is where the paper bags at. Just an odd check out. Would I come back to this particular Uniqlo? Not really. read more

It's located on the mini, circle 3rd floor of the Beverly Center. Definitely bigger than the other UNIQLO that I have been to. What I really liked was that they had a section for the UT Collab T-shirts in the middle and I guess Beverly Hills denizens aren't huge anime fans because there was a sale on all of the Demon Slayer and Mamoru Hosoda shirts and there was SO many of them in ALL of the sizes surprisingly (could not find that at Westfield Santa Anita I am sure of it). The cost of the Mamoru Hosoda shirts ended up being $7.90 without tax so this was pretty cool! Other than that everything else in the store was standard I guess. Sucks that they don't have any of the collab shirt for women? We circled the entire store and they only had that one section with only what looked like shirts for men. Also it seems that the other collab shirts were Poke'mon and traditional Japanese art, but I could not see collabs for other well known series? No Disney surprisingly (which I always see at every other UNIQLO). There were only 2 cashiers working, so there was a short wait, not bad though. read more

Great place for basics, workout wear, or everyday wear. This store has switched over to self checkout service. There is one clerk who oversees check out and returns. You place all items in the bin and the machine will automatically scan everything so you don't need to scan one by one. Confirm and pay. You should bring your own bag because otherwise they charge $.10 per bag. read more

Definitely underrated. This is such a cute store! From the greeter to the dressing room to the cashier I was actually impressed by how nice everyone was. I tried on a bunch of basics just to get an idea of the fit and feel. They fell nicely and the fabric felt soft, smooth, and good quality. They also have some pretty bras that I was surprised to see in there. The socks are cute too. I had to take them home. I plan to stalk the online store. read more

This Uniqlo, located in Beverly Center is a huge location and I have a deep love for Uniqlo, so we were able to stop by here. They have everything that you need here, and because the mall was pretty empty, we were able tos hop in peace. Unfortunately, Uniqlo recently hasn't been releasing that many good things and they were lacking in any sale items (vs. Zara who was having their blowout sale), so we weren't able to grab anything, but the location itself is pretty big and you'll be able to find what you need pretty quickly. I hope Uniqlo can restock with some more desirable goods because they are truly a great brand! read more

First time at the store. Great layout and spacious . Great collection for men and women fashion. They have sales on some cashmere shirts and sweaters . I got some T-shirt's and some pants . I am adding the three stars due to waiting in line for the cashier to check us out why the rest of the other two cashier where just talking not sure with manager or another coworker. And the line behind me was getting too long and made me uncomfortable standing for waiting in spot I had a line behind me. I will give it another shot in future but safety come first read more

All the staffs I met are super friendly and helpful, one of the staff even offered to try on a jacket for me cuz her size is similar to my mom, the downside of this particular uniqlo is because it's inside Beverly center and the parking is not free. I categorize Uni as a throw away type of clothing. The stuff is ok to get through the day, but the stuff don't last either fashion wise or quality wise. Recently the material is really bad - poly mostly. Maybe that's how they want it so we have to keep going back and buy their stuff. And the bloggers Uni uses kept the customer away. Uni should just stick with models - regular/average models. I go to Uni for Disney collaboration series. That's about it. Been to uniqlo but was told I couldnt wear more than one heattech shirts and yes I understand with covid or company policy only one is permitted and you may not be able to try on the legging heattechs but she was very rude and also rudely told me that SHE needed to take out the shirt from the box before wearing it. I love love UNIQLO it is one of the stores that I seriously frequent and been to many locations in California and al across the world. They are super organized and the stores are mostly filled with a variety of sizes for you too choose from. Sometimes though I think the sizing is a little bit off because in some styles a small might be too big or another size small will be just about right. The quality of what you are buying is pretty good. I would say most of the things I have bought has lasted me for years! I think there simplicity of style is great for an everyday wear but not for anything formal or intimate. Tip- Buy winter clothes from here it's pretty good! read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered something online that took 10 days to arrive at the store. I then only had 5 days to pick it up. When I got there to pick it up there was just 1 cashier helping 1 customer. After waiting 10 minutes and a line forming behind me, I was finally up. They did clean the counter but then said someone else had to help me since he didn't get the online orders. Why would they have different people do that? They could have had a sign that said to tell them so they could call the person. I asked to speak to a manager but they claimed there wasn't one available. When I was leaving the store I said something to the greeter who said he was the lowest person on the totem poll so there was nothing he could do. Great attitude. Oh - and apparently I can't return (if I need to) the items to the store. I would have to mail them. Not that I'd want to go back to the store. Their policy is that they only take returns from things purchased at the store. I'm not sure why. The stores aren't individually owned. Why make it so difficult for customers? I'm disappointed in the customer service over all. Not impressive. They blamed Covid for the fact that it took 10 days or the order to show up. Not sure how Covid caused that. Tried to return a $15 t shirt unworn with tags and the awkward lady there lint rolled it for 5 minutes before pointing to a small spot and rejecting the return. UNIQLO continues to be awesome. I bought some pants at this location and they were able to hem them for free in under an hour and half! Quality wise the clothes are amazing. Service is a mixed bag. Employees don't help you on the floor but they will in the cabins. Layout of the store is weird. It's hard to find things because they're all strewn about. read more

Prefacing this with: UNIQLO HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY #1 STORE TO SHOP AT... But beware of returns at this location! They will happily take returns where stylists return clothing they have put on people's bodies for shoots (the woman next to me told the cashier!), but they don't make returns to people who have left the unworn garments in the Uniqlo shopping bag for 1 month before making the return. I was bringing my return back in original condition, within the return period. I've never had to worry about this with Uniqlo. I was refused 2 returns today, because one of the jackets "had a weird smell" (it smells like unwashed fabric from China/Mexico/India (my mom is in fashion and it smells like her work's sewing room), and another refusal on the sweater that didn't smell like anything for no reason at all, just a flat out refusal just because. I have never been so offended in my life! I had a feeling the person helping me was already in a bad mood the moment I walked up. When I asked if I could do an exchange and placed the bag on the counter with the garments and receipt, she just stood there and didn't say/do anything until I removed them from the bag for her. She was trying to make the return more complicated by doing a full return then a purchase - why the extra step? I asked her if we could just do both in one transaction and I can either pay/get the difference back, that'd be easier - she took my jacket and basically ran off for over 5 minutes without tell me where/why, and coming back only after I asked the other cashier where she went, then she came back and refused me. Terrible return policy! Worst customer service! I purchased something online for pick up in store. I tried the item on in the store, did not fit, decided to return it. Uniqlo did not allow me to return the dress I just picked up back to the store. They ("manager" Jessica) said I had to mail it back to the warehouse. Go back home and get online to find out I have to pay to have it shipped back - either $7 using their carrier or go to the carrier of my choice, price unknown. Low and behold I see that the shipping label says I'm shipping my item BACK TO Beverly Center Uniqlo, where I just was! Unbelievable! So, I have to go through the hassle or repackaging a cheap dress, paying for it to be shipped back, burdening the mail system further with my package, not to mention all the waste of time, fuel, etc to get my package back to a store I was just at. We stopped into Uniqlo Santa Monica because our future son-in-law sent us tees and socks for Christmas that we like very much. We were walking by, so, why not? The store is full of affordable clothes - affordable? Rayon dress shirts for women $29. Some all cotton long collared shirts were on sale for $9.99 - affordable, right? Down coats were the most expensive items and they ranged from about $59 for packable down to $159 for a long down coat with a hood. What the clothes lack in fabulous is made up in solidly basic. The only problem is the sales staff. One guy at the cash register was over-the-top friendly and engaging. Our guy stammered something about not knowing the price (he didn't) and it could take a while (it didn't) which made him seem reluctant to help. Reluctant is not a good way to run a store. Find good salespeople and Uniqlo's three stars, changes to five. read more

I admit that this review is slightly more focused on Uniqlo as a company and not strictly this location. I used to be the biggest Uniqlo fan. I preached so highly of this company, that people often asked me if I worked for them. Slowly but surely, this location and the company in general have disappointed me time and time again. The Beverly Center location has reduced in size twice and is now probably a third of the size that it used to be. Even with a smaller footprint, the store is still fully stocked in items like fleece pullovers and packable parkas even though it's LA and 90° outside. Long gone are the days of well informed employees rapid alterations and collectible (art) shopping bags. In the early part of the pandemic, when everyone was ordering things online, they instituted a no return on web orders policy. This made things really inconvenient. On my visit today I came upon the remodeled cash desk area which has been turned into self check with just one register for returns and cash clients. I'm not a fan of self check out, and never will be. self check out takes jobs away from people and increases chances of errors and theft. It really makes me sad how this company and Store keeps chipping away at its former self. read more

I've been to different Uniqlo stores but Beverly Center branch has the worst customer service. Never had an experience that a cashier will give a customer an attitude. First of all they charge .10 cents for the bag like grocery store, then they won't wrap your purchase with tissue paper like other department store. Common, tell me what's wrong with that compare to any other stores in the mall, they don't charge bags nor they don't tell you they don't wrap your purchase with tissue. Lately I've been coming to Beverly Center just because of UNIQLO! Love this store! It's pretty large, bright, colorful and with great styles to choose from! I found that prices are very good, not expensive and quality of clothes are really good. Once again, I didn't expect the store to be that BIG! :) At the register people are very nice! I needed to exchange my previous purchase and they did it kindly and very quick. I went to Santa Monica to check out the JW Anderson collaboration. It was not there. "Check the Beverly Center location. They're the only ones who have it." So, the next week, I drove all the way to the Beverly Center. "No, we don't have it . It's just available on the East Coast." This was a waste of my time--all told, maybe 4-5 whole hours. It cut into my weekend time. And all because employees decided to just reach into the air and pull some stupid push-it-on-someone else advice. You really could have asked around and found out for sure. I actually enjoy Uniqlo. But it will be no problem to walk away if this becomes a time-waste. I shop at Barney's and Fred Segal most of the time...so I'm really just coming into Uniqlo to pick up some interesting-ness. The collabs actually get me in the store, but I do end up lookin around and buying gifts or happening upon something cool-as-hell. While this location is one of the larger ones in the LA area, the service is a bit lacking. The staff had a hard time performing different transactions on the register and seemed unprepared for the grand opening . The staff also needs to study their inventory a little better; one was unsure what toggle coats were and whether the store had any. Even when the store is not crowded, it takes way too long to get anything done. Alterations are free for pants under $20, which is amazing, but be prepared to wait a while as the workers try to find your item. read more

I have been in here a number of times, but never really wanted to buy anything. Today I saw some stuff I wanted, but after the service my husband received, I didn't even bother trying anything on. They absolutely lost money with their terrible customer service. Three different sales associates were really rude and really short in their tone and demeanor while "helping" my husband as he was in the fitting rooms and while I waited for him, I saw the same attitude displayed to other customers. He and I both couldn't believe how rude they were. He brought it up to a manager as we went to check out and they handled the matter swiftly, but even when we came back to pick up an item that need alterations, the same people were there and were very curt and rude to us and to other customers that were there as well. The experience ruined the fact that my husband was able to find some items that he needed and liked. Don't expect to see us in there again anytime soon. I've been to many UNIQLO's, Japan, New York, Los Angeles. This is by far the rudest. I came opening weekend and they were great; helpful and smiling. Went in today to see the new collections they might have for spring and the customer service was ATROCIOUS and frankly, appalling. Needed help finding something, was ignored by the first guy after saying excuse me multiple times. The second employee? By her reaction, it seemed like I was bothering her with a question. Didn't even look at me when I said excuse me, and when she thought about the location of the clothing item (J+ Sleeveless turtleneck), she said "over there", Nodding in some non-direct location. REALLY? Over there? Why, thank you, that narrows it down to everywhere but here. First, it was so hard to even find an employee in the section (since 5 were casually congregating in the front), I felt like I was a nuisance. This is a Japanese company, I expected much more from my experiences elsewhere. By the way, what I wanted was on display, but NOT in stock after her meager investigation.
