The shoe selection is vast, with mostly hard to find and unique shoes. The value is fair for these "hard to get" items. Now for the bad part. I'm not sure what i can say about the service that hasn't already been said. They have many workers and security guards on the floor. They will not acknowledge you, not smile, and not ask you if you need assistance. In fact they will even look at you with disgust for being in there space. I'm not sure how this business model works, but I would never spend money in this place no matter how bad I want the unique selection of shoes. Hopefully the service will get better in future.

The plaza is mostly clean and safe to walk around. We spent about an hour here. We bough some stuff from Nijiya market, got kimono from Shinyodo gift shop and got ice cream from Little Tokyo Ice cream and yogurt. All staff members in each store were nice. Prices varied from average to high based on products.

Long story short, a rare promo card was given out as a gift with purchase at select Footlockers. Many people, myself included, went there in person and called the day before today and all the workers there said "no we don't have the card" "we were supposed to get the card but we don't have it" "we're not going to have the card tomorrow" It turns out - they DID have the promo cards so there was horrible communication amongst all workers there. Anthony did a great job admitting the team needs to be better with communication especially for a big release like the Yugioh crocs and promo card. Hopefully in the future IF there is another big release at this store, the team there will simply BE BETTER! Thanks Anthony for taking accountability for your team. I'm sure you've gotten a lot of angry customers complaining about the same thing, but I know you handled the situations professionally. Now I hope this 5 star rating gives me good karma soon!

Then I saw this beautiful narrow royal blue vase, this pretty, yellowish/mustard color floral choker, which can also be used as a headpiece. As I was walking down their aisles, I also saw those comfortable Minnetonka flat shoes in color red. Tried them on and it hugged my feet perfectly. It was just what I needed. The fabric was so soft and I believe made of velvet. It was on sale from $65.00 to $30.00. Got 2 pairs of earrings, 4 nail polishes, and that's all that I bought.
