Easy to schedule appointments and get care in a timely manner. Knowledgable PT who had personally experienced my issue and able to help.

Working with Lindsey has been terrific! My shoulder pain is not an issue any more and my sense of balance and dizziness due to an inner ear problem has completely resolved after a series of vestibular exercises. Lindsey really listens to my issues to understand how best to help me. The office staff has been super helpful with scheduling and helping me understand my insurance benefits! I highly recommend Union P.T.! read more

I've been to Union Therapy for two different injuries (torn hamstring and damaged shoulder). The first time the visits were split between two therapists, and the second (and ongoing set) is with one (Jessica). The experience has been wonderful. Jessica took the time to measure and understand the range of motion, strength, and any other changes between visits. She then adapted the home exercise routines based on that analysis. She also checks whether I continue to have good form on performing the exercises, and provides good tips on how to not "cheat" unconsciously. I'm very happy with the therapy process, and I actually look forward to the visit. Being able to text the front desk for changing appointments is also very convenient. read more

great place. they think about their patients and different alternatives for treatments. they understand your life is busy and emphasize what is important. would love if there was an online portal to see your appointments and have charges right to the account. read more

Going to a physical therapist stinks because it means you were injured. But, if you have to go, go to this one. The therapists do a great job of assessing your body and coming up with the right solutions for YOU to heal. Highly recommend. read more

I cannot say enough great things about Union PT - conveniently located, parking is always available, the office is always clean, staff are friendly, and the Therapists are top notch. They listen to you, think outside the box, and provide excellent, effective, and well-tailored care. read more

I started going to Union PT a few months ago with no great expectation that they would be different from any other physical therapy place - and boy, I was dead wrong! Instead of trying all the basic range of motion and movement exercises to try and make an injury heal, they focus on getting you where you want to be. Do you want to hike? Bike? Climb? Swim? Whatever your goal, they will help you get there with a progressive therapy that helps you without injuring you. read more

Unfortunately I've had several injuries and surgeries over the past few years that really set me back. Along the way, I've tried several PT providers but have continued to come back to Union PT for their superior care. Not only have the professionals there helped me heal and address my specific injuries, but they've also helped me increase my overall health and athleticism. I highly recommend them and am very thankful for the care that Amanda and Michelle have provided me. read more

Good inter- and intra-office communication. Exercises tailored to my daughter's needs. When a lot of clients are present, the atmosphere can be very loud. Schedules book far in advance. read more

I had complicated knee and shoulder surgeries and was disappointed by the results from the one-size-fits-all approach at a large, multi-site PT company. CAT at Union created a individualized program informed by solid skills and experience, plus, most importantly, a willingness to tailor a program to the individual and the circumstances. The results have been terrific. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Great, helpful exercises that have helped my road to recovery for my alignment issues.

Union PT is great! The front desk communicates really well about payments and scheduling and the physical therapists are patient and thorough. Michelle takes her time listening to my concerns and provides comprehensive education and treatment on my TMJ issues. I am very pleased with my experience here. read more

I can highly recommend Union PT having been originally referred to PT for an arthritic hip I went thru an extended program of " prehab" with Jessica Jortberg prior to my full hip replacement surgery. Jessica as well as the other therapists I encountered are all consummate professionals. There is no question by pre work with Jessica led to excellent surgical results and made the "rehab" process much easier and successful. I can highly recommend Union PT for its professional staff, modern aesthetic, easy parking and upbeat attitude. The facility is first class as are the therapists and management. read more

I have seen three different therapists wt Union PT. The clinic has been a godsend. My treatment has been excellent and helped get me back to both sports and rad outdoor activities. Quality of care is top notch and the therapists are athletes and outdoors people so there is a relatable element that makes this my go to clinic! Would give 10 stars if I could. read more

Fantastic staff and care. Flexible, attentive, and knowledgeable. Have especially appreciated that they have some specialization in getting patients back to various kinds of sports and recreation (in my case climbing and hiking after a knee injury). read more

I've had really positive experiences dealing with two climbing-specific injuries here. Everyone in the office is welcoming and professional. I worked with Jon Sparks who is a strong climber himself, so he understands the needs, problems and aspirations of clients who climb. (Also half the hard climbers in Seattle are seeing him, so get in line!) He worked hard to explain what was wrong with my shoulder, and later my back and then worked with me to find exercises that felt good for me. Some didn't, and he was accommodating and flexible, helping me find a PT regimen that I could do with exacerbating anything further. I can't recommend Union and Jon Sparks highly enough! read more

Michelle is great! I've been working with her for a couple months and she's always gentle and patient with me as I'm learning to work with my shoulder injury. The space is nice, easy to get to and the staff is super friendly. read more

Got my knee rehab at Union Physical Therapy, and it was solid. They know their stuff and make sure you're good to go. Thumbs up!

Union PT has been there for me time and again. I felt self-conscious at first coming in because I'm not very active or an athlete, but it's been an excellent experience. The physical therapists are knowledgeable, warm, and accepting, and I've gotten relief from some back pain by implementing the exercises I've learned here. Would definitely recommend. read more

I was suffering from a pinched nerve in my upper neck and went to Union Physical Therapy looking for relief after several months of severe discomfort. My therapist, Sarah Kaiser, was amazing. Super clear, patient, and wise. (Also really kind!) She clearly knows her stuff. It took just a few visits for the problem to be solved. I'm a former professional athlete who has seen scores of PTs over the years, and I rate Sarah higher than anyone I've seen in the past. Kurt S. read more

I am not an athlete, nor do I play one on TV. I'm a regular person just trying to get my daily sh*t done. I have gone through many, many different therapies to get my neck and shoulder to feel better over the years. When I finally, almost lost my mind due to the frequent and intense pain, I saw a spine doctor. He suggested one more place before I gave up. It was you, Union PT! Indeed, it was a great decision! I was assigned to Josh, who has been wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, he has a way of making me understand my body and posture much better. It hasn't been a quick fix but it has changed the way I feel about my neck. It's much kinder to me now and vice versa. I will continue seeing Josh for the refreshers. thanks, Maggie R. read more

I started with Union PT to continue my physical therapy from a shoulder surgery and was very happy to find a place that works with so many athletes. They course corrected my previous plan from another PT and I saw immediate results! My shoulder is so much better than when I started and I have shifted focus to work on some other issues that have been lingering. Jessica has been amazing to work with and has really taken the time to understand some of the root issues that I have been struggling with for a long time. Union PT is the best physical therapy in Seattle! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Union PT. I had severe neck and shoulder pain that came on suddenly, made it difficult to sleep and nearly impossible to turn my head and lasted 4 months before I finally walked through their door. Within 3 sessions with Michelle I was able to move freely again and 4 sessions later my neck and back feel better than they have in years. The staff is knowledgeable, gentle and treatment and home exercises are extremely effective. read more

This place is THE BEST! I have loved my physical therapists in Seattle over the years, but Jon Sparks has been particularly impressive. He's knowledgable and personable, works towards your personal goals, and has a great sense of humor. The office staff is also fantastic! I highly recommend Union PT. I have been in a lot of PT that has gone no where-- have an appointment, get a home program that basically doesn't change, don't get better. Union PT is the exact opposite. They are more like trainers-- each session is a workout and my sessions and home program progress and push me. The space is beautiful and scheduling is easy. I have a long-term problem and since working with Union PT, I am finally seeing improvement! read more

This is, hands down, the best PT place I have ever experienced. I've seen 2 different therapists here and had amazing results. Dustin helped me recover from a bad break post surgery and Kristen is helping me with chronic pain. I can't say enough about how much they have changed my life. They work with you to create manageable care plans that go far beyond the useless photocopies that other PT folks hand out. Personalized care that actually solves problems that previously seemed unsolvable- honestly, headaches are gone, movement improved and quality of life vastly improved. The office staff are kind and easy to work with, and insurance is easy. Everyone that I have recommended here has been really happy too! read more

I've known (and loved) Elisa for years, and thanks to her spot-on diagnostic skills, hands-on adjustments, and education I am finally on the road to recovery. I've been dealing with a debilitating workplace injury involving my dominant hand, shoulder girdle, and neck. Elisa has referred me to and collaborates with a local MD who specializes in one of the things I've been dealing with. Union PT is a rare find and I HIGHLY recommend them for all injuries that they treat. read more

I have been going to Union PT for a few months now, after suffering a displaced kneecap fracture which resulted in surgery, hardware and lots of PT for recovery. I have seen many of the therapists at this clinic, and they are all great (different styles and areas of focus, but all added something to my recovery as a whole). I was fully functional after just a few weeks after following all the exercises recommended and going to appointments frequently. I recommend this practice to anyone needing PT (Elisa, John, Kristen and Amanda have all been great). read more

I've been seeing Josh for an ACL tear and reconstruction and he has been excellent. He is great at making sure that I'm progressing each week and is attentive and encouraging in his approach. I have been dealing with back pain and issues for years. It has impacted my day-to-day life, as well as my ability to pursue my passions in the outdoors. I went to Union to receive guidance and treatment, both to alleviate the short term pain and be able to climb and ski the way I missed. Working with Josh has been great so far, he is attentive to my needs and abilities on a day-to-day basis. I am grateful to have a Physical Therapist that can offer me perspective on the physical needs and abilities I require to keep skiing. It is also reassuring to feel/see support for clients who do not have outdoor training needs, they are not exclusively focused towards climbers or hikers. My back pain is not fully mitigated yet, unfortunately. However, there has been a significant reduction in both the frequency and the severity of my issues. Josh has helped identify patterns which cause pain, as well as techniques to preemptively and retroactively address my discomfort. I had been procrastinating seeing a Physical Therapist for a long time, because managing back pain can be frustrating and exhausting. Thanks to the folks at Union for helping me feel back on track. read more

I highly recommend Union PT for the return to running program. I have severe Sacroiliac Joint pain and the care I have received from Jessica has been phenomenal. She is a consummate professional who has given me such fantastic care and support as recovery from this injury is taking longer than I had originally thought. In addition to the wonderful care I have received, I would also like to give a special shout out the front office, for always working with my schedule and being so friendly. Coming to Union PT is by far the best decision I have made in my recovery. read more

Union Physical therapy is amazing for post-car accident whiplash. I was rear-ended four years ago and still have significant neck pain. I've had physical therapy elsewhere that helped but at Union, I found out that my neck is still sprained in three places and I got much more specialized support and exercises. Michelle is amazing and Mitch did a neck stress test on me. I can't recommend them highly enough and finally have hope that I'll be able to heal. read more
