I can't say they're good at anything, but they are extremely consistent about bad timing. I'm genuinely surprised they're still in business, and now I'll wait another 10 years for them to see this photo and respond. They ask for their patrons to reach out directly... THE FIRST CALL is reaching out directly. NINE YEARS LATER, what could you possibly do to make it right when immediate response is the only reason your business exists? Ridiculous.

I was a little surprised by the price which is why I dropped a star. It was quoted a tiny bit high but still around the competition (most quotes came out to $180-280), but was completed higher than competitors in the end. That being said, I don't know if the actual price from competitors would have been higher than their quotes. For transparency here, I paid a $65 service fee plus $55 per house lock. The mailbox was a higher charge at $125. I was quoted $200-300 (probably assuming 3 locks rather than the 4 I ended up needing); it came out to about $410 plus tax. The result is the same. I have a fully rekeyed home and mailbox. Service was excellent. The vehicle was well marked and the Johnny was very professional and easy to work with.
