The service at Uncle Sams is top notch. We have been going there long before it was called Uncle Sams and the menu has expanded so much. We love the food and staff. The pizza house is quaint and ambiance is welcoming. The staff here works so hard and are so sweet. My whole family loves Uncle Sams. read more

Check my history and you will see that my reviews are generally positive -- but not this time. We just got what were possibly the two worst subs ever prepared in North America. We order from them because they are one of the only places that deliver to our area but tonight proved that a PB & J sandwich at home is a better choice. The chicken parm, although it arrived on time. was absolutely stone cold, but even worse was the absolute mess of an Italian sub slathered with so much oil and vinegar that the bread collapsed as I tried to pick it up. All of the veggies fell out of this ill-prepared concoction, and the paper was so soaked that it was hard to separate from the actual sandwich. Two small subs, with delivery fee and tip, cost almost forty bucks. Uncle Sam's will never get my business again. read more

The food was hot, delicious and came out quick. The server was wearing gloves and was courteous. Been coming here since 2002. Love this place The dining area was clean, and warm out of the snow read more

Uncle Sam's Pizza - Empty plate every time It was the BBQ pit pie; chicken, rib, bacon and awesome bbq sauce - Pizza Near Me - East Brookfield, Massachusetts

Ordered tonight from Uncle Sam's. Pretty simple order...or so I thought. Chopped Italian grinder with no lettuce and add onions, large combo pizza and mozzarella sticks. Supposed to be ready at 5, get there not ready, ok things happen. Get my food home and I don't know what that mess called a grinder was but definitely not what I ordered. Looked like an Italian with a full jar of mayonnaise on it. Brought it back and they did offer to make a new one but I've already wasted enough time. Then they offered to just refund the grinder. I demanded a full refund for the waste of my time and gas which they gave me with no apology. Absolutely ridiculous place! read more

We used to love uncle Sam's but it is sooooo bad now. I had to throw away my entire pizza because the cheese was not edible. We also ordered chicken tenders and they were hard as a rock. Will never eat here again. read more

About 2 months ago i stopped ever ordering food from uncle sams. On a Friday night I ordered Alfredo & pizza for my kids. It took an hour and a half to get me my order. After I called them a hour later asking about my order. Then 35min later it showed up. It was very apprent that the food had been done 30min after I ordered it initially because it was cold as shit. I worked in the food industry for 20 years. There's no excuse. Also the driver told me they didn't have alot of drivers on ( poor decision on the owners part for a friday night) as well he told me id be credited for my order. That never happened. Since then I as well as co workers stopped ordering food from there establishment. There are massive inconsistencies when purchasing food from uncle sams. Its unfortunate. People dont buy food for the quality. They get it cuz its convenient. That is if the food is correct and not missing items and arrives in a timely manner. Personally ill never order food from them again. read more

I placed an order for delivery. I ordered extra cheese sauce ( and was charged extra) but it was not included in the order. I ordered an antipasto but it didn't have tomatoes , cucumbers or Syrian bread ( as described in menu). I also did not get the side of dressing read more

Employees could care less what they're doing and are not properly trained on September 6 around 5:30 PM the worst service I have ever had. Seafood wrap I ordered about half of what it normally would have, and I saw the person emptying out the container and didn't bother to make any more so I received about half of what I paid for. This will be my last time going to them for food. read more

Our go to Friday night take out!!! The great white pizza is my favorite pizza ever! Must try!

This used to be our go to pizza place now it's more of if were passing by after running errands type of place. The service and quality really went down after covid, so we actually stopped ordering from here all together but then tried them again on a whim and was surprisingly satisfied. However, there is no consistency. It's good, it's bad, it's mediocre... you never know what you're going to get. Placed in order over the weekend for 2 wraps, the boy on the phone was rude and short, one of the wraps was supposed to be dry, get home and it has mayonnaise on it, so not dry. The other was a grilled chicken wrap that didn't even look like they attempted to "wrap", as soon as I took the paper off, the bottom fell out of it. Very frustrating! The kicker was the tip option when you pay, the main screen has 20%, 18% 15% I believe, and you have to press the over key to custom tip and when we did so the custom tip button wasn't working. So, you either leave nothing or must tip one of the other options. Lucky for them I wasn't paying because I would have left nothing, especially because when we mentioned it to the kid he just laughed. I think we are done with Uncle Sam's, the good orders don't outweigh the bad. I'll drive a little further and go to John's in Spencer. read more

Don't call. Don't visit the website. Don't even bother. Potato skins are pathetic little potato's, the sour cream came curdled it was so gross. The pizza is good but it's greasy to the point where I had seventeen pimples the next morning they were so bad I contemplated calling doctor pimple popper. The delivery took an hour and a half on a random weekday night, and they forgot the three sodas we ordered don't waste your money or time. the ambiance was dirty and falling apart. read more

Very very rude service when calling, pizza was absolutely disgusting steak sub as well! Overpriced I ended up eating cereal over what we ordered what's that tell you! Go to John's pizza much better service and MUCH better food! Also please change the name giving Uncle Sam a bad reputation maybe joe Biden's pizza be a better name at least customers would expect the service and the food to suck! read more

Why are the walls dusty? Gross! Meatball sub was cold, no marinara, tiny meatballs, cold cheese and tons of raw red onions. Wow!

Just ordered the Grilled Chicken Caesar wrap. Why ask if I want it cold: yes and it comes hot. Found maybe 5 tiny cut up pieces of romaine, if it was romaine I have no clue No dressing Cut on an angle, WHY? Almost drove there to ask them to throw it out. Disgusted read more

Have been going to Uncle Sam's for over 16yrs. That being said, I remember them being any worse. After being in the emergency room for 5 hours we were hungry. Since the door said they were open til 9, @ 750 we tried to order steak subs. Grills were shut down already & young man said they closed at 8. Ordered 2 pizzas & they claimed to be out of dough & were attempting to make some. Pizzas were mushy. This is no way to run a pizza place. read more

I'm not usually a fan of Greek pizza, but they make a good one. I like to come here when in the area. The staff is very nice and the pizza is delicious. They also make some good salads and subs. read more

Seriously. Their "little while" in their eyes is never! Hr and 30 min later no food and when you call they give an attitude and say I said a little while. If you cannot judge time correctly get out of the business. read more

I've gotten pizza there five or six times and it's not that bad but it's not that special either. I decided to try a delivery and the boy who came acted like he was pissed off at the world I was so sorry that I already tipped. Not even a thank you just knock at the door and handed me the box and turned around and walked away with a look on his face that was far from friendly, I don't know I thought a tip was worth at least a thank you. Oh well, there's always Pizza Hut or Domino's! read more

The pizza - not good. Got the thin crust- it was dry and if I didn't know better I'd have thought it was frozen pizza. Way too much cheese and the sauce wasn't good. New to the area, will try somewhere else next time. read more

We have bren going here fot 40 yrars. Multiple timrs a week. Since a long time worker who has been working there since 1996, they've had children running the restaurant and skimping on the food. I ask for extra meats and get less! My wife loved the pizza but now she gets burned pizza. I call them and they have the phone off and say they are closed when they are open! They have lost our business and we literally spent 100s of dollars a week on food, now they make us feel unwanted! Btw, I got a meatball grinder with 6 bite sized meatballs in a large. There was 2" of excess bread on each side. And I asked for extra meat! Sad and disgusted! read more

Ordered tonight. Really fast delivery, driver called to let me know the food was on the steps where I asked them to leave it (my dogs can be excitable). My son loved his pizza, ate the entire thing in record time. My salad was super fresh, huge and delicious. Wings were yummy too. Highly recommend! read more

Foods almost always wrong or forgotten and when you call to tell them they're just plain rude. Not worth it.

This has been my favorite pizza restaurant in the Brookfields ever since I was a kid. The owner is a very nice man and has been around the area for a long time. The food is always excellent and they're not afraid to get experimental with it (crab rangoon pizza, anyone?) read more

Pizza is very mediocre and doughy. They are a local place so I try to support them, but eh..

This review is for the food only which is always good. However I will mention the delivery is slow most of the time 1 hour or more and they dont use gloves which is kind of gross. read more

The place is filthy. I don't even want to know how much grease build up there is. The food except for the pizza and grinders are usually frozen meals. At least thats what they taste like. Never again read more

I ordered delivery for lunch today. Everything was exactly as ordered, hot and fresh! Delivery arrived before the estimated time and the driver called to let me know my order was outside for contactless delivery read more

Pizza is very consistently greasy and bland. I've tasted a wide variety of the menu because my parents love it and there isn't really anything that makes this place stand out in a positive way. The Big Mac pizza while interesting has gross hamburger layered on with a way too generous amount of pickles and thousand island dressing. Fries are soggy and onion rings are okay but you can probably buy the same brand at the big Y for less. Delivery is a joke, usually taking up to an hour to arrive. Online ordering works fine. Good news is I haven't met a child yet that won't eat this so it is a great resort for babysitters! Just order early. read more

I have been disappointed more often then satisfied with my dinners @ Uncle Sams. Today was no exception. I ordered two salads with extra olives, one salad had no olives at all and the other had greek olives, which my father in law didnt like. I also asked for extra meats and it looked as though it was the normal amount. In addition to my salads I ordered a seafood sub with just lettuce, extra seafood. I ended up getting my seafood sub with lettuce and provolone cheese(which I hate) & just the regular amount of seafood. I think its time to have a chat with your staff and ask them to put a little more care & attention into their work. It may only be making pizzas, subs, salads etc but to the customer it does matter. Don't get me wrong, there are some staff at Uncle Sams that I've encountered that go above and beyond, however there are some who just don't seem to care to be there. read more

We used to order from here all the time. Quality has gone way down. Last sandwich I ordered has two slices of meat and more lettuce than anything. We never order d2livery because it is always 45 mins or more and 45 minutes usually means 60 or minutes. We now teavel.to Paxton for our pizza take out. read more

We went over our friends house. And we ordered here. We got a 2 large pizzas and a large fry. They charged up ass at first. 25.64? I knew they had a coupon and I even asked before I placed my order. It wouldve came to about 17 dollars. So I called them back and they were like no there isnt. After bantering back and forth they finally "realized" that there was an "extra pepperoni pizza" im like really! How did that happen when I said my order about seven times. Fries were soggy and dry as all hell. And pizza was definitely premade. Took an hour to get it. This is not value. You should really change your slogan. read more

You are losing a LOT of money from the laborers and the railroad crews coming through your town because of your bad attitudes coming from behind the counter. I love your food but sometimes I just don't want to be treated as though you deserve my business or that you don't want us there. I'm sorry I forgot to ask for a receipt, I am tired sometimes but I don't think my humanity in that deserved a look of disgust. On the up side, very tasty food, I just don't need to pay twice to get it! read more

This pizza was reasonably priced but really lacked in flavor. I love cheese and this just didn't taste as great as others I have had. I wanted to like it, but something was off. We were passing through and probably won't order anything there again. read more

The decor inside looks a little old and beaten, but the food is good. Nicely priced specials are a very good deal. Nice selection of products, friendly staff. Food is fresh and tasty. read more

I don't know why I've ordered from this place after they've messed up 2 times before. I order online and they get the order at their restaurant--it's not like I call and there's a misunderstanding. From time to time we'll order from here and they'll get it right but to order a buffalo chicken salad (just buffalo chicken on lettuce with croutons) and adding 2 other toppings only to get non buffalo chicken tomatoes cucumbers green pepper onions and the 2 topping asked for is ridiculous--it really not that difficult. read more

Worst fish and chips ever. Ugh . Order 3 orders tonight nobody could even finish it. Also ordered the chicken Alfredo was very good. Pizza and sub good. Stay away from the fish read more

Have been ordering from here ror years. It's the only place around that delivers. Which makes me very unhappy. When you actually visit the place it's disgustingly dirty and greasy everywhere. Kids like the pizza. It's convenient delivery. Order spaghetti and sausage tonight. There was no sauce. It was horrible and bland. read more

Not only does the food take forever to cook... It was horrible. Worst restaurant experience ever

It doesn't let you not choose a star but I wouldn't of if I had the choice. I have ordered from here for years and I've never had a problem, there was always great customer service and good food. Now the past couple times I've been there, their customer service sucks and the food is shitty. It took 2 1/2 hours for my food to get delivered only 10 minutes away when the estimated time was 45 minutes. My chicken fingers were made incorrectly and sauce everywhere, by the time I got it it was cold and fries were soggy. When the food got delivered it was handed to me individually with two 2 liter sodas, 3 individually wrapped items, where's the bag? read more
