Got here at 9 AM on a Sunday and it wasn't too busy, we found seats right away. Turkey Benedict was so yummy! I do enjoy regular Eggs Benedict, but I love turkey more than ham. The biscuit was well seasoned and went really well with the yolks eggs, turkey, and hollandaise sauce. In addition to this, the potatoes are to die for. Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. On top of all of that, I got the freshly pressed orange juice. It was delicious, fresh, and did not have too much pulp. My boyfriend got the cinnamon roll, which is made of biscuit, making it super dry and not very enjoyable. Service was kind, the space was clean, and the food was pretty good. If I were in this part of town, I would consider going back, for sure.

I love the vibe of this unassuming diner in S park. Not huge but cozy with Tables, booths or bar seats facing out to the street. Servers are genuinely nice and can help give great suggestions and check back on you. The music is usually a calming 80s when Ive been in. They have games you can play while you wait. Day drinking menu doesn't judge you! Big yay, for bloody Maria with excellent spicy mix. Love a beer back (like we used to get in midwest.) Meals are tasty, perfectly cooked eggs, breakfast sandwiches and usually some special menu item of the day. Breakfast snd lunch. My favorite item is their crispy garlic mashed potatoes. The meals run a bit pricey for breakfast, such is the world now. But we always feel everything is worth it, as even the drip coffee is tasty! Trendy brunch spot with South town locals. Reminds me of old Georgetown! Cheers.

Amazing food and great service! I had the chicken fried steak with mushroom gravy. Our waitress gave us a sample of both the sausaage and mushroom gravies before I made the decision on which one I wanted on the chicken fried steak. The sausage gravy is awesome, also! The potatoes... I can just have a bowl of those and be happy, they were so crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with the garlic was just so delicious. It is a very casual place, clean, and just overall wonderful service. And food was delivered quick! Definitely coming back.

The business list their specialities as "Big. Warm. Generous" and I couldn't agree more! The hype over the chicken fried steak is real. I'm always on the hunt since moving from the south and this is my favorite I've tried so far!! Perfect poached egg, smothered with sausage gravy all atop a fluffy biscuit. And do not sleep on the Bloody Mary. The house made mix is so good. My partner got the draft root beer. I'm not a root beer fan and I even loved it. Our amazing server Carrie (I think!) certainly came with the warm vibes :) Friendly and attentive. Thanks for a wonderful brunch! We can't wait to come back and save room for dessert next time because the options sound delicious.

Overrated. The food missed the mark for me. They get slammed for lunch so expect long waits. Only 2 servers working the restaurant. After waiting a long time there was a long black hair in my sandwich. The server was really sympathetic and got it remade. But overall I would not dine here again.

I hit up uncle Eddie's after an airport run early this past Saturday. Welcoming place hearty fare-breakfast and lunch. I got the chimichurri steak and eggs But it was a choice based on the fact that they didn't have pancakes... I thought that was odd for a breakfast spot. Anyway, the meal was solid. The service was good. The bathrooms were the best! I will definitely be back to try it again Next time I'm in SP. Thanks uncle Eddie's

My colleague said this was the go to breakfast spot, so I had to add it to the list. It was hoppin' on a Sunday morning but the wait was only about 10/15 minutes. We sat in one of the side booths by the bar and got to people watch (but there are TVs if that's not your thing). We sat right below a bunch of cat figurines and fishing poles (cheeky decor joke, and I loved it). Our server was a pro and she was on top of everything. Very attentive and friendly. Two coffees, two tall boys of Guinness, and two very tasty heaping plates of food. It was an excellent breakfast and we'll be back again. Maybe we only get the Guinness though... The coffees were a bit expensive for drip diner coffee.

My dear hubby and I met up with some old friends at Uncle Eddie's Public House for brunch today. Excellent veggie eggs Benedict on homemade biscuits and blackberry lime mimosas! So much to catch up on with our friends that I didn't take any photos of us peeps, but did get one of a little bird friend in silhouette in the cute outdoor dining space and my wonderful breakfast (NOTE: I subbed extra tomato slices as a side with my veggie Benedict, but my hubby had the crispy fried potatoes & said they were great). Oh by the way -- great service! Our server could tell we wanted to visit with each other and she was attentive but gave us plenty of time between check-ins & she told us, sincerely, to take our time. It was very refreshing to not feel hurried through our meal on a Sunday morning in Seattle. #birdonawire #daydrinking

Yum. Yum. Yummerz. We walked in and was served by the nicest server ever. Sandwiches and sides were amazing. The sides were plentiful (they gave so much food!) and the sandwiches were super flavorful. The chicken was perfectly tender and the tater tots perfectly crispy. The totchos had fresh corn and beans and had a complex smokey sauce. Yum!

My siblings and I stopped in for some brunch. We had a variety of different things. My sister's eggs benny didn't have enough hollandaise, so maybe ask for extra. Their biscuits and gravy was good, and their crispy rosemary potatoes totally stole the show. We had good, prompt service for Sunday brunch, and spent the time discussing our mother's arrest the previous night. If you're looking for a tasty place to enjoy a meal while discussing the legal ramifications for first-time DV offenses, try it out.

Woke up this morning to a call from brunch. We strolled in around noon and were immediately seated. Their patio has plenty of shade that makes the outdoor option pleasant instead of regrettable. Service was incredible and timely! We split the cinnamon roll, taco scramble special and classic breakfast sandwich. Everything was phenomenal, but the rosemary potatoes really stole the show. All of the ingredients were fresh and flavors were straight forward. There is something on the menu for everyone, from picky eaters to children. Thanks for a great start to our Sunday!

As mentioned before, you can even order online and pickup at the store! Now for the other sandwiches I got to try: - Pulled pork and grilled cheese: very heavy because of the cheese but flavorful because of the tender pulled pork. This one came in really piping hot for some reason when I got it. Also grilled cheese is one of my all-time favorite sandwiches no matter how plain! - Salami: had some peppers and jalapeños to balance the peppery salami throughout this sandwich. The bread used here was harder to chew on yet it had the right aftertaste to complement everything in this sandwich. It's as if the bread had some olive oil or butter on it. - Cuban: all in a hoagie bun and full of tender flavor from the pulled pork. Pickles added a nice kick. - Philly: has the ingredients of a Philly cheesesteak while feeling like a mild version of it. Bell peppers and onions stood out to me for giving the roasted beef some more oomph.

Thankfully dine-in is back open again, so we got here on a Saturday morning around 11:20am to indoor seating that was nearly full and a small line that was forming at the front counter. Walls have a bunch of photo frames, and overall place felt very homely. They have a ton of Hawaiian style plates and even burgers and some seafood, though we and most others got the former to eat. I ordered their chicken and pork combo Hawaiian style plate, and my bestie got their chicken katsu Hawaiian style plate. Portions are huge for both plates and both also came with macaroni salad. They give you sooooo much meat no matter what you get. To go in slightly more detail: - Chicken and pork combo: both meats were flavored very well, and a little sweet too though pretty salty without using the rice as a palette cleanser. Chicken had more depth in its flavor; the pork's flavor was a little too much for my liking, and was slightly harder to chew. Both meats had some sauce hat went onto the rice itself. This didn't detract from my overall experience here, though. - Chicken katsu: we both agreed this was our favorite after exchanging pieces of each other's dish. The katsu is crispy and crunchy, and the chicken itself retained a lot of its juiciness. Katsu sauce on the side is honestly optional since the meat itself is already salty enough. This place does share extremely limited parking with Cakes of Paradise next door, so get here early or be prepared to drive around the area to find some. Parking is scarce, so plan ahead and be patient. We came on a Wednesday and happened to score a parking spot right in front of the bakery. Once you arrive, get in line immediately--there will be one. The woman taking our order was incredibly peppy and friendly, even while juggling everything: taking in-person orders, answering phones, serving customers, and bagging food. Seriously impressive. All the seats were filled, so we ordered everything to-go. We got the famous crispy ginger chicken, spam musubi, and chicken long rice. I was hoping for oxtail soup and asked about it--she explained they only offer it on certain days and recommended calling early in the morning to check, then getting there quickly because it sells out fast. Can't wait to come back and try it. Back at the hotel, we feasted. The crispy ginger chicken is famous for a reason--so flavorful, perfectly crispy, and somehow even better the next day. The chicken long rice was packed with noodles directly in the soup (not separately) so the broth had mostly soaked into the noodles, but it was still deeply flavorful and comforting. The spam musubi leans on the sweeter side, which is great if that's your thing. Overall, this place is all about heart, hustle, and seriously satisfying Hawaiian comfort food. Come early, expect a line, plan for parking--and you'll be rewarded.
