Came here with some buddies in late afternoon for a drink and catch some US Open. This place is much bigger than I had anticipated. Nice TV everywhere with a great mix match of small And large screens. Basically, you can watch your choice of sport from any spot. Food here was pretty good as well. My wife and I had lunch there today. I have never eaten it Uncle Bob's and was so pleasantly surprised about the quality of the food the incredible service from our bartender Haley and the very cleanliness of the entire restaurant. We had a wonderful chop salad that was totally delicious and an order of their chicken fingers. Your chicken fingers were probably the best I've had in years. They make their own dips and the dips were wonderful this is really a great restaurant I would totally recommend it I'm a regular at several other restaurants in town but I think this is going to be a new find. I recently went to UB's to watch the Steeler/Pats game. It was packed. That said, our server was great. Never needed to wait to get a beer or order food. I asked if I could get my wings really 'wet' and all drumsticks. She said they could absolutely do that at no extra charge for all drumsticks (most places won't). Decent place to eat-good sized portions. Husband ordered Buffalo chicken flatbread-it was super spicy. He enjoyed it but couldn't eat it all-it needs something served with it to break the spiciness. I ordered the bacon mac and cheese-again it was ok. It needed something else to take it up a level-maybe some heat? Son ordered the meatball sub. Needed a place to catch the Seahawks game (and watch my fantasy team get murdered) after a race at Vail Lake - Yelp lead me to Uncle Bob's. Great place for Sunday football watching - super crowded during the Chargers game, but thinned out and was pretty manageable otherwise. I appreciated that they had all the games showing - based on the diversity of jerseys in the house, I assume others did as well. Friendly and attentive staff - one of the managers even noticed when I was struggling with the very last bits of the ketchup bottle for my fries and brought me a fresh one (now that's what I call service!). Wow is all I have to say!!! Skip the 1 star and 2 star reviews they must have been having a bad day because this place is amazing!! We came with friends that were visiting from Maui! She's in the food service business so she knows and appreciates good service when she gets it, and so do I. We started with some craft brews and fireball. For the food we ordered the loaded sidewinder fries that are THE BOMB!! You want something filling, fresh, tasty and great for sharing then check those out!! Our waitress Faith was cute, perky, helpful and patient! Since it was our first time there we took a long time to decide, and she was helpful and we didn't feel rushed! The wings were so good! If you order a dozen you can order two flavors. I highly recommend BBQ OMG was so good! They are meaty, crispy, fresh and you can tell they make them and they are not out of a bag! Great atmosphere - love all the huge TVs and plenty of room here to meet friends. Bob is great and makes it a point to come by and say hi. Love how the roll up window opens it up to the outside and allows you to sit outside and still see all the TVs. Also the long table alongside the bar is great and it's open seating there. The fact that the one side of the bar is higher on one side makes it easy to see all the TVs. Clean - which is key!! Definitely a place to check out. Update 10/3/15: Tried their newly added pulled pork nachos (without onions and chipotle sauce on the side) and they were great. Also tried the wings with their rub on them and they were awesome! The husband found this place to watch some preseason football games and to get dinner. This place did not disappoint. We ordered the cowboy dip to munch on until we were ready to order. It was delicious. Then I got the balk for dinner and was amazed at the flavor of the chicken sandwich. The fries were very unique but cooked perfectly. Now let me tell you about the service, which was amazing. There was a lot of people and our waitress did not miss a beat. The only complaint come with the ice in the old fashion. The husband said it was very good, just the ice they use melts quicker than a large cube of ice that is usually used in a old fashion. But the beer was great and cold. Definitely has potential to be a really good place to come watch a game or have dinner in a casual environment. They've only been open for 3 months so they're still working on the liquor license but they do have beer and wine. Seems like they're still working on the menu as well. As I saw different items on Yelp than the menu I received. Open seating which could be a good or bad thing. Best part they have TVs everywhere so no matter where you're sitting you can watch multiple games or a big game/fight. They do offer ufc fights. I got the south side nachos and they're not that bad. A good portion as a start, wish it was nacho cheese instead of the kind you sprinkle on and melt and more cheese on the chips not on the top. Like I said they have good potential and probably still working on the menu and once they have their liquor license it'll definitely be a good place to come watch football. Bob's is a Fantastic burger and beer joint with a lovely staff. The interior is clean, industrial and centered around sports with plenty of televisions they are willing to change the channels on for you. I was surprised they had my team, a small college from the East Coast on TV which was great. The burgers was just fantastic though their "fries" were more like thick cut potato chip / steak fries hybrid and I wasn't a fan of their bland, boring nature. I would definitely go back. read more

First try at Uncle Bobs. I was keeping my eye on this place as it was being built at finally got a chance to try it. Got the Black and Umpire burger and the meatball sliders. My wife and I split it so we could try both and they were great. Loved the fries also. All was good and the service was great I will be coming back soon. read more

Tucked away in a strip mall, you wouldn't think you'd find a place like this. They have outdoor seating and can open the wall on a nice day. The place is a bit small compared to a Buffalo Wild Wings or something of that vain but I'd take this place over them. They fill the walls with TVs and actively make sure sports is always on. They happily changed the station for me as well. Food menu is your "typical" sports bar food but definitely a higher quality than most places. They have the regular domestic beers and big name California craft beers but also a small selection of local Temecula breweries as well. The staff was great while I was there too. They definitely know the regulars but still tended to the non locals as well. The establishment itself is great, a bit small but I'll be back with high expectations. read more

We needed a place in Temecula where we could catch the Charger game after wine tasting. We found it. This place was PACKED as we arrived after the first quarter. Luckily a family was nice enough to make room for our party at the picnic style tables. They have a nice selection of beer on tap. The servers were very nice and quick to ask us if we needed anything. The burgers and grub were fantastic! They really had the sports bar menu down. Food is ok, and Janelle was a great server. But get this: they served pizza with a less than a trace of sauce. It was an $8 kids pizza, for our 11-year-old. Not good to be cheap with sauce on kids pizza. She would not eat it, so we returned it, and ordered $11 chicken strips instead. Bill comes, pizza still on the bill. I ask waitress; she says that is correct, because her manager refused to remove it because we bought chicken strips. Seriously? But he saved 75 cents in food costs. I went here with my mom, my wife, and my brother for New Years. I'm a snob, and I'll be honest with you all. There was live music that sounded amazing, the beer selection was great, and their beer battered bratwurst was the most fricking delicious thing I've ever eaten holy god. However, as a snob I must be completely honest. There was so much light that it made going on to the dance floor or talking with people really intimidating (I'm a shy bastard and have low self-esteem, but that's for another review). I recommend to Uncle Bob to reduce the lights so as to make moving around less intimidating (like most bars tend to do). Lastly, there wasn't that many people there, but most of the people that were here were much older (50+ I'd guess). Take that for what you will. In the end, the beer battered brats were solely responsible for making me give this place 5 stars, and everything else was extra. read more

Worst bar I've ever been to. If your not white don't come here. I'm Mexican and we were given the eye to everyone at the bar and servers. They didn't attend us right away. When they did give us attention they gave us attitude. Hailey threw the menus at us and walked away. I've never been discriminated before and here I felt unwanted. Great new Temecula spot. If you love college football this place has all the games and gear. They do need some Anaheim Ducks memorabilia though ;). They have Ballast Point Sculpin on tap(? I think), I'm not sure, but I do know I enjoyed a tall frosty glass of it, great beer! Food is definitely a tier above your standard bar food, depending on your standards I guess. I enjoyed it. Tasty sidewinder fries with parmesan and bacon ketchup are a delicious combo. Gotta try the beer brats. Woohoo! New Sports Bar just opened up across the street from our house. We've been eyeing it for awhile and were excited to try it out! They are still trying to iron out the kinks with the food and such, but our first time left a great impression! We were happy to see it busy, especially on a Monday night. The menu is limited for now, but we had the Honey Chili Garlic Wings, which were excellent! Next time we come in we will have to try the Cowboy Dip and the Pulled Pork sandwiches. Our server Flores was very friendly and sweet. They have a good selection of draft beers and lots of big TVs. We met both of the owners, Bob and his son Ryan, who came over and introduced themselves. The only thing i can't get over is the fact the owner let a customer bring their dog into the bar, letting it wine/bark and beg for food. Jumping up on the chairs, petting the dog, without saying anything. It is obviously not a service dog & it is clearly an issue for a lot of loyal customers. Disappointing to see someone take advantage of the term "service dog" and the management team letting them get away with that. Definitely don't need dog hair in our beer & food. read more

This is hands down my favorite place to eat in all of the valley and I have lived here 32 years. We recently discovered Uncle Bob's and have been here 5 times in 3 weeks now. The pretzels are the best...by far. The burgers are absolutely incredible.
