We ordered wings and single burgers. The food was hot, but our burgers and fries came out at completely different times because the kitchen was supposedly "backed up." For the price and the hype surrounding this place, I expected a much better overall experience. The burger was decent, but honestly, nowhere near worth a 2.5-hour wait, and the prices felt high for a burger and fries. I can appreciate that restaurants get busy, but the communication, service, and timing of the food could have been much better. Overall, I wouldn't wait 2.5 hours to eat here again. The food was okay, but the experience just wasn't worth it.

I started out with the sweet potato pull apart bread followed by the skirt steak. The bread was excellent and came with a miso butter that transformed the bread into a nice savory starter. A few minutes later the skirt steak came out and it was an absolute flavor bomb! So many wonderful things going on here and I absolutely loved it. The steak was cooked perfectly and the Fresno chilies added added a nice pop of heat. An exquisite dish. I rounded dinner out with the Apple Cheddar Galette. And just like everything else, it was outstanding. My experience at Girl & The GOAT was exceptional and I look forward to my next visit.

I went in hungry and left in a food coma after smashing their Corned Beef Hash Skillet and Thick French Toast with two eggs over easy--a combo that hits every craving. The skillet was stacked: crispy hash browns, salty corned beef, melty cheddar, and two eggs with yolks so runny they should've come with a warning. Then that French toast? Thick-cut, golden, and fluffy with just the right crunch on the edges--dipped it in syrup and those eggs like it was my job.
