Everything (nigiri, Jersey roll, spicy salmon roll and sashimi) was served on a light box that can be switched on or off. When on, we can choose white, purple or blue-tinted light. The food itself was very good. The rice was perfectly cooked (not mushy or hard). The fish was fresh and perfectly cut/molded/sized. The dish can feed definitely 2 or more people well. Appetizers - the eggplant in miso was very good, edamame standard, and rock shrimp was just so-so (needed a bit more punch on the sauce, reminded me more of a sweet & sour shrimp).
